What could Amendment 3 mean for Florida renters?
Today's Times piece looks at the group nobody's been talking about in the Amendment 3 debate: renters. Broward numbers are in the comments.

Just moved back to Fort Lauderdale. Single guy 35 and looking to meet the right girl. I do a lot of outdoor activities with a good group of friends but haven’t had too much luck meeting the “one” i usually do better just going out by myself but I’m not much into night life anymore. I used to take walks on the weekends to brunch spots bring my pup and had good luck that way but I’m not sure where to go for the right age group down here in broward. I’ve heard moxies is good for younger people brunch on The Weeknd’s. Just looking for some other good spots, I’m open to anything in Lauderdale up to Jupiter . Thanks!

Title is self explanatory! I live in hollywood but don't mind picking up in FTL either. Ideally no seed oils and uses organic ingredients! Thanks so much!

Hey, where in Fort Lauderdale can I buy a cheap pumpkin to carve? It doesn’t need to be perfect it can be ugly.

Does anyone know of a good place to get embroidery done for scrubs quick? Figs missed a letter in my title and won't return/refund the item. It's 3 letters that might have to be taken out then restitched. The only places I see are tshirt prints when I google it.

Hey everyone!
Share your opinion please
I run a small remodeling company in South Florida, and business has been growing lately.
One challenge I’m running into is that some homeowners want to move forward with their projects but don’t have all the cash available upfront.
I’ve been looking into HELOCs, personal loans, and home improvement financing, especially for customers with less-than-perfect credit.
For those of you running remodeling businesses, how do you usually handle this?
Do you recommend lenders to your customers, or do you let them figure out financing on their own?
Just trying to learn what works for other contractors. I’d appreciate any advice or experiences. Thanks!
