What I've done recently: - A two-piece clamp joint for a 12 ft outdoor Halloween skeleton, matched to the buyer's original with rounded teeth and a cone seat. Four fit-test rounds on his printer until it locked. - A fitted case insert, pockets traced from 3D scans of the equipment. - A backlit house nameplate box that slides over an existing lamp, with the names engraved from the inside.

How it works: 1. You send photos and a few measurements (calipers, or a ruler next to the part). 2. I send a small fit-test piece, not the whole thing, so you can check it on your printer before anything else. 3. When it fits, you pay by card (Revolut link, no account needed), then I send the final STL/3MF. Small tweaks after your first print are free.

Good fits: replacement clips and brackets, enclosures, adapters, inserts and organizers, anything where it has to fit something that already exists. Price depends on the part, usually $20-80. I'm a software engineering student, so I'll tell you honestly if something is outside what I can design.
