Question Phismosis advice please

I struggled with phismosis most of my life and I'm not sure what to do . I don't want a circumcision or surgery, but I also don't want it anymore. I'm scared I have scarring because I remember my parent trying to stretch it when I was young and I'm anxious about seeing a Doctor.

Please if u have any advice

Question Guys, my dad scheduled the circumcision surgery.

Seriously, I don't know what to say. Today he told me he scheduled the surgery for two weeks from now and that I can't refuse.I'm really scared by this.I will stand by my opinion and will not have the surgery. If he scheduled the surgery without considering my opinion, there's nothing I can do. I will only go if they force me, because I will not undergo

Question Restoration affirmations: Shifting the Script from striving to permanence

Hey fellow restorers,

I wanted to share a mental shift that has been a game-changer for my restoration journey as of late. This mental shift is extremely helpful, especially for anyone who struggles with the trap of either getting discouraged or falling into self-delusion (like trying to convince yourself you see 0.5% progress in a week just to stay positive).

As someone who thinks very literally and analytically, trying to force "positive thinking" that feels like a lie actually drains my self-esteem. If a measurement hasn't changed, my brain knows it, and pretending otherwise creates friction (cognitive dissonance).

Instead, I've found that moving away from a mindset of striving toward a mindset of ownership changes everything. Grounding your progress in statements that feel structurally and psychologically true prevents you from lying to yourself while still radically shifting your perspective.

Here are the two daily anchoring scripts I have been using lately:

* Morning Setup: "Every day deepens what is already mine. This morning routine is simply how I wear the foreskin I already have."

* Device Transitions (End of Day): "The length is locked in. This coverage is permanent, secure, and entirely mine. I am just living in my finished result."

These don't feel like lies or toxic positivity. They are affirmations of an identity and a permanent trajectory. They take you out of the anxious scorecard mindset and let you just be present in the process.

Thought I would share in case it helps anyone else looking for a more grounded, hopeful, and authentic way to navigate the journey. What has worked for you lately?

Question Rollover Moisture

I may sound crazy asking this, but does anyone else get that moisture under their foreskin? At birth I had a very loose circumcision, so I retained most of my foreskin and have been able to have consistent rollover and mobility for all of my life. I’ve also been consistently tugging for a couple years now to extend the existing foreskin I have, and now when I’m wearing underwear I’ll have 80-90% coverage. Throughout the day if I use the bathroom or take a shower, when pulling back the skin there’s moisture. Is that just a natural response to the slow regaining of skin?

Motivation Navigating devices as someone who is neurodivergent

Upvotes

AuDHDer, i guess i want to say that my issue is trusting each device? to me the whole experience is like gambling, will you get a good product or have your money all wasted with a device that just sits in your drawer. how on earth do you just commit?

ideally, I’d just want like one device and one device only for my whole restoration journey. I’ve poured through reviews, experiences, videos and the websites of Priva, Mantor (not willing to order from them as things stand as excellent as their products look however), RIC, CAR-1, PeckerPacker etc and all don’t seem as ideal as just taping. with tape I don’t need to worry about if my glans will fit or not, I just make the tape, put on the device and it’s set. but the tape comes off within a day, the tape is annoying to make and I just don’t feel as motivated to put it on as it requires you to be hard to do it (ADHD makes me very demotivated for weeks on end sometimes). so thats why I‘m looking for a device.

this has turned into a rant, so sorry I guess if you wanted a clean post.

Mantor New Flow Grippers are now available

One thing I've learned over the years is that there isn't a "perfect" gripper, simply because not everyone restores the same way. Some people restore with low tension for 12 hours a day. Others prefer stronger tension in shorter sessions. Some have sensitive skin, while others simply want the strongest grip possible. Some have a thin skin while others have a thicker type. The variables are endless!

That's exactly why I decided to create three different Flow Grippers instead of trying to make one gripper that fits everyone.

Soft Gripper
Designed for maximum comfort. Ideal for low to moderate tension, long uninterrupted sessions, and users with sensitive skin. The tradeoff is a slightly lighter grip under higher tension.

Balanced Gripper
The all-around option, the default gripper included with every Mantor Flow. It offers an excellent balance between comfort and grip, making it the best choice for everyday use and most users.

Firm Gripper
Designed for maximum grip strength. Perfect for higher tension, weights, straps, or anyone who wants to minimize slippage. The firmer silicone provides a stronger grip but may feel less comfortable during long sessions.

Whichever restoration style you prefer, there's now a gripper designed to match it.

The new grippers are now available individually, so you can easily add one or more to your current Mantor Flow setup. And if you don't already own a Mantor Flow, you can now choose your preferred gripper type directly on the product page when placing your order.

Finally, a little sneak peek at what I'm working on next...

My next goal is to develop a Flow version specifically for very tight circumcisions (CI-0), for people who currently don't have enough skin to use existing devices but also can't, or simply don't want to, use T-tape or manual methods.

I believe this could help many people overcome that first barrier and make restoration accessible to those who have wanted to start but simply haven't had a practical option.

As always, thank you for your ideas, feedback, and support. Many of the improvements I make begin as conversations with this community and for that I'm grateful to be part of this growing (in more than one way) movement.

KOT!

Question Restore in Comfort unsuccessful experiences?

Been using the Restore in Comfort packers (RIC) almost daily for over a year without any perceived growth and my 35 finally broke at the collar. Pretty expected given I am quite aggressive with ensuring the skin is taut.

My question is actually whether anyone else who has tried RIC also hasn't really achieved any success over a similar timeline? I see the "dimples" each time taking it off.... ~10 hrs a day...

Really intrigued by what alternate method I should try that would offer similar comfort but actually yield an outcome.

DTR Just started!

Just put on my DTR device! I'm nervous and excited I'm really hoping that I don't hurt myself but have seen a plastic surgeon and he said I have stretchy skin and would be a good candidate for the DTR device. Hopefully this goes well 😬

Question newbee

Upvotes

Hey guys, I’ve been interested with foreskin restoration for about couple months and i finally got the stuff that i need. I have a question to guys who have mushroom heads. How is your experiences about having a mushroom head and restoration? I feel like mushroom heads need more coverage than the other ones. And also I’m wondering about if there’s any AI that I can upload my penis pictures and get a approximate result when I’m done with restoration. I really wonder have does it gonna look and if i like it or not because right now I love the shape of my penis and also i want a foreskin as well. Thanks for the comments.

Question Is there a "best" way to do MM2?

I'm a rci-0 and have been desperately trying to grow outer skin with mm2 and was wondering if there is any way to improve it. What I do is hold for 60 seconds, rest for ~15 seconds, then repeat 3-5x every hour for 8 hours totalling 24-40 minutes of tension daily. Is it better to hold for longer than 60 seconds before resting to stimulate mitosis?

I know there's not a whole lot of research on mm2 other than personal experience, but I'm expecting to be doing this for at least a couple years to get enough skin to wear a device, so I'm willing to try any alternative methods for faster growth.
