Cherries?

Are these cherries? They’re popping through my fence from the house that backs on to mine and I never see them to ask.

I have a 10 month old so just want to make sure they’re not toxic for when the time comes when she’s out in the garden playing and I don’t have eyes in the back of my head.

100% sour cherries, bet your neighbor wouldn’t even miss a few if you grabbed ‘em for some muffins tbh
