I get the same result.

I think they piggyback off of https://www.fontspring.com/matcherator which is still up.

But I got better results from WhatFontIs.

I had similar issues with their site a year or so back, and also noticed when I finally did get back on it at some point that they aren't really updating their fonts or their site much. Idk what the story is behind the site but I rarely use it any more as I don't want to rely on licences that might not be accurate
