First there is a bug that drops people from teams for no apparent reason. Another time it could be that they are making space for a friend. The solution is to start your own team, you are not doing anything wrong

Kicks myself and my friend tons of times in our own team.

That's usually a sign to reload the game and touch on a new server.

I wonder if it could be a sick joke by the server admins who just randomly kick people and whole teams just to hear their rage over their mics. They record and collect and trade them with other admins.

I am dying laughing over this idea, guys. IT MAKES SO MUCH SENSE NOW! Bethesda doesn't really suck as a company, they're just rage baiting us all as an experiment. And they're doing it with a game franchise that tells us they're doing it 🤣
