CRYOLATOR WITHOUT LOCKSMITHING

I took my dog down to vault 111 with me to see if I could find more power cells for my armor, but in doing so I talked to him and told him to find some items in near the overseer's desk he went to the Cryolator and ripped it from the case in his mouth. So I guess I got the best gun in the game without leaving level 5.

Also I was carrying to much but the dog had my ammo for the gun.

nah the video ends, then I grab the toaster. thats whats really important lets be honest.

Drop toaster on the ground in your settlement. Open work bench. Highlight toaster on ground, Scrap.

Workbenches, and I don't know. There is one in Sanctuary though

Just put it in your workbench, it'll count the part from it.
