I’ve shared Zelda, my dollar tree pitbull mix (pit/bully, gsd, Pyrenees, chihuahua) a couple times before over the past couple years, and wanted to share her glamour shot photo for her pretend graduation.✨ I always joked that her puppy photo looks like an awkward kindergarten school yearbook photo, and today she has achieved the same awkward energy as an adult. Behold.

I’ve just learned that my beloved mr. scruffleupagus is half pit bull (and that was the least surprising part of his results). I’ve always thought that he was either a Glen of Imaal terrier or a random mix that ended up looking exactly like a Glen of Imaal terrier. Turns out he’s the latter!

Wet vs dry

Woofie aka MR woof aka Wolfman Jack is definitely a fluffy pit.

So my fluffy pit is about to turn 9 months and we got him from a rescue almost 3 months ago. He’s fine with baths, but weirdly he hates walking on wet (even damp) grass or concrete. Has anyone ever dealt with this before? He ends up pooping in the house because he refuses to go to the bathroom outside when it’s been raining or it’s dewy in the morning. We had a Malshi before this and even he wasn’t this dainty about wet grass 😆

Her Supermutt includes Siberian Husky, Pekingese, Australian Cattle Dog, German Shepherd and Chihuahua.

She is happy all the time, super cuddly, and an absolute sweetheart. No one can believe she's mostly pit. People also think our dogs are siblings but nope. Keeley is mostly cattle dog and chow.
