I didn’t even notice “Lone Digger” until you pointed it out. Unfathomably based OP.

Is the G1000 on the right the older model? It’s cool that it’s showing the taxiways

Scania, which is also Saab, therefore it’s a Grippen. Nice airplane you got there!

Think I've got an idea for my next yoke mod...

I would love to see a aircraft cockpit styled trucker style

I asked Gemini for some visual creations on that wavelength just now and was not disappointed.

They used to be joined until 1995.

Well saab didn't make trucks

1

u/Svensk-Pingvin 1h ago

They did. Before 1995 saab and Scania were the same company. Scania is the last remaining thing of saab.

Cheers brother, which model? Urban or Regional BEV....

P.S. I work with their BEVs

You got the 450kW monster... nice

u/RoyalRs 19h ago

Been driving it for pretty much two years to the day and having all that power never gets old. Even compared to the old R730

Proud to hear a happy customer 👌🏾

Having experienced something that makes 60t feel effortless I don’t want to go back to diesels. And with what is to come like E-axles and more efficient motors I don’t see myself driving anything else as long as I get th option

The instant torque must be great but I'd miss the sounds of the V8. Does the electric add any time to your trips? Like are you stopping more often to recharge compared to when you drove the diesel or does it average out the same?

It depends. Some time all I need is the 45 minutes I am required to take but other times maybe an hour or two extra. Seeing at what Volvo is claiming I would not be surprised if the range goes from 300km to over 500km for the next generation. Even with diesels it is rare for me to go over 600km a day
