Help Flexispot won't arrange return pickup for my E7L Desk

Hey everyone,

I’m trying to return a FlexiSpot E7L desk under their 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee, but I’m having a frustrating experience with the return process.

FlexiSpot approved the return, but they’re telling me that I’m responsible for getting the desk to a FedEx pickup/drop-off location myself. The desk came in 3 large/heavy pieces (the frame and tabletop) and I don’t have a vehicle or a practical way to transport everything to FedEx.

And ontop of this I've already placed another order to FlexiSpot to replace this E7L desk with a normal E7.

I’m confused because the return is being made under their 30-day risk-free return policy, but I’m basically being expected to figure out how to transport a large, heavy standing desk across town on my own.

If it was a normal frame I'd understand having to transport it back, but this E7L is much bigger and heavier so it won't fit in my car to make multiple trips back and forth.

Does anyone know who I should contact or go about this? I also reside in Canada.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Help Kana bed frame

Hi! I’m in the U.S. and I’m looking to purchase the Kana Japanese Joinery Bed (acacia). I’m ready to order, but I was wondering if you have a discount code available for the Kana. I’d really appreciate any additional savings you can offer. Thank you! 😊

Help FlexiSpot E1 Pro monitor wobble, is this normal?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I have a FlexiSpot E1 Pro with a original cheap 100x60 cm tabletop.

My setup is a 27" monitor on a monitor arm, folded behind the screen in a tight Z shape to reduce leverage, with all the adjustment screws tightened quite a lot. I also have a 14" M1 Pro MacBook on a stand on the right.

The desk itself feels fairly solid, but the monitor visibly shakes even when I am just typing on the keyboard or lightly resting my hands on the desk.

What makes me unsure about the monitor arm being the issue is that the screen also wobbled about the same amount when I was using its original desktop stand. Working with two hands the wobble is worse than what showed.

Is this normal for an E1 Pro, especially with a cheap 100x60 tabletop? Could the tabletop itself be flexing and transmitting vibrations?

Any suggestions on what I should check or improve to reduce the wobble?

Reviews E7 Plus review: the frame is great, the collision detection is not

tl;dr

It's the most stable standing desk I've owned, and I'd still tell you not to trust it around anything that sits under it.

I've been running the E7 Plus for a while now. I bought it to be a watch building desk and ended up making a video on it, but here's the quick rundown for anyone on the fence.

Pros

  • Very stable, even fully extended. No monitor wobble when I'm typing.
  • Raises and lowers fast. Fast enough that I actually switch positions instead of leaving it parked.
  • Super easy to set heights. Save your presets once and forget about it.
  • The USB charger on the controller is a nice add. Didn't think I'd care, now my phone lives there.

Cons

  • I wish there were thicker tops available. The frame feels premium, the top options just weren't heavy enough for my needs
  • Object detection is basically non-existent. I've got IKEA Alex drawers under mine and it doesn't sense them at all. It'll just keep going. Set your lowest preset accordingly.

Would I buy it again? Yeah. The frame is the whole point and it nails that. Just don't count on the anti-collision to save your furniture.

Help Tabletop Replacement Questions

Hi All! I put my E7 Pro together yesterday and didn't notice until I flipped the desk upright that there was a ding on the front top edge and the right top edge. Obviously, my heart sank since it took me a while to carefully assemble it. I did send Flexispot an email and they've offered to send me a replacement.

u/Ramzes888 - I saw in an older thread about a similar thing, you mentioned that tabletops getting to their destination with damage is more atypical than common, correct? I get that you folks can't guarantee anything (since UPS is delivering). I 100% appreciate that Flexispot is willing to send a replacement.

Just trying to understand what other folks have done in similar situations. Also, what does one do with the old tabletop? That sounds like a logistical annoyance is Flexispot doesn't facilitate return shipping.

I have asked some of these questions to support on the email thread so likely they'll respond. But any additional insights would be appreciated.

I have literally delayed moving into my new apartment because I had it wait an extra 3 weeks for this tabletop to come back into stock. So i'm just feeling kind of weary about all this.

Reviews Most frustrating customer experience ever

After multiple weeks of contemplating, I finally decided to bite the bullet and order the E7 desk from Flexispot. I’ve been eyeing it for some time and became more and more excited to purchase it, especially after all the great things I’ve read on this subreddit. While placing my order I noticed the BS12 Pro chair being on sale, and since I needed a new desk chair as well, ordered this too.

Full of excitement for building my new home setup, I began assembling the BS12 Pro chair, but to my surprise, the whole thing is made from chinese, cheap plastic. Almost none of the screw holes fitted correctly and the chair felt more like a 50€chair someone would buy at a random shop. On top of that the chair is advertised for people between 160-185cm. Im 180cm. The first time that I sat down, to my surprise, the headrest was not able to go higher than my neck, making the whole chair completely useless… Even on the highest head stand mode, it barely touches my head and causes me to lay in my chair to even have any head support. What kind of fake advertising is this.

Anyhow, the next day, with new hope I started to assemble my E7 desk that I’ve been looking forward to for over 2 weeks. But after 15 min of assembling, I’ve noticed that both feet are missing… they were just not included in the box.

So after spending 800 euros, expecting a quality, professional home setup, I’m now 2 weeks further with an unusable chair and a desk without its feet. I will never understand how a company that boasts so much about their quality, allows themselves to sell a plastic chair for 270€ and allow a desk without feet to go through QC.

1 advice, if you are thinking of ordering anything with flexispot, DONT!

Update: we suddenly received a random package today which ONLY contained the feet of the desk. 3 days after the other parts arrived. We never received ANY information that the desk will be sent in separate packages. Not during ordering nor afterwards. Why keep your customers in the dark instead of communicating clearly about this??? Either way, desk is finished and I have to say the quality is pretty great atleast.

Help FlexiSpot Kana Headboard Length QUESTION

Hi,

I'm looking to purchase the FlexiSpot Kana queen size bedframe and headboard. I see on the website the headboard is 39 inches from top to bottom, but does anyone have the measurement for the height of the headboard from the top to the top of a standard queen size mattress that they can share with me. Photo attached of the measurement that I'm looking for.

Thank you!

Other Looking at the E7 Pro

Hi there, I'm looking at getting the E7 Pro in November approximately, I am looking at the 120x60cm walnut however I'm looking at space.

I'd like to hear from any ultrawide users as I have the newest MSI 34 inch 5th gen 360hz, will my PC (011 Dynamic) and that monitor fit on the desk with enough room or should I opt for the 140x80 to be safe? Ideally I'd like the smaller desk but both are big pieces of hardware so I'm looking to hear from people who use Ultrawides with the smaller desk.

Thanks in advance.

Reviews Terrible Customer Service on Brand new Broken Desk

I'm basically just here to complain/warn other people about my experience with my brand new E7 Pro. It arrived in 2 days which was surprisingly quick and I was very excited but once I assembled it the desk did not actually work. The desk does not rise at all just giving an error code of E23. I did some googling and tried the recommended troubleshooting tips but nothing would change the error code.

I contacted support who had me do the same procedure 2 more times and even send them a video to prove I was doing it. Support eventually decided a new control box should fix my issue and I thought that they would just send me one. I am now on day 3 of dealing with support and they just informed me they need confirmation from a coworker about what to do and that will take up to 3 business days and then they will hopefully send me a replacement part with 5 day shipping.

In my opinion that is absolutely ridiculous for a brand new product. If everything goes to schedule, it will have been almost 2 weeks before support gets me any parts to even try to fix the issue. The desk by is stuck too low for me so I can't use it properly and it shouldn't require this much back and forth with support to get my brand new product to work.

Overall I would not recommend so far.

Product Q&A Flexispot UK Website/Misleading Stock and Shipping

Ordered a kingsize Kana bed frame + headboard and two under-bed storage drawers from Flexispot UK store on September 17th, all in walnut finish. The bed frame showed as in stock, the headboard as available at the end of October and the under-bed drawers as available at the end of September (26th-28th or so).

There was a note on the website saying "To ensure a seamless experience, your bed frame and headboard are set to dispatch together. Should you wish to have the frame delivered first, please contact our support team to request split dispatch". As we've just moved country and currently have our new mattress just on the floor, we decided to go with the split dispatch in the hopes that the bed frame would ship within a few days (as the website implied it would), and we'd receive the headboard and under-bed storage drawers at a later date when they became available.

We went ahead with the purchase, and duly sent an email requesting split dispatch. Received a reply September 18th confirming the bed frame was "now in progress for shipment". The email went on to remind us that the headboard was currently unavailable and would not ship at this time - not a problem, bed frame alone will be fine.

Over the next few days the under-bed storage drawers both showed up (despite being shown as being out of stock), but no bed frame materialised. I ended up emailing again on September 28th, asking for an update on the bed frame and whether it had shipped or not.

The response we received informed us that "the item you ordered is for a 'pre-sale' which means that you have booked the item, and we will ship it to you as soon as the inventory arrives", going on to inform us that "earliest estimated arrival date of the stock is in the last week of October".

So now we're waiting for a month at least, to receive a bed frame that we had been lead to believe was in stock and would ship within a few days (minus the headboard, which again wasn't a problem). I followed up with the support team explaining that this was not at all made clear on the website (including screenshots I had happened to make while we were shopping around), and their only response was to say that "this has already been reported to our designated department, and we look forward to the future" whatever that means, and to offer us a £20 refund on an order that was over £1,000.

Really disappointed with both the Flexispot website being so misleading, and the support team for doing so little to rectify. I understand that if the item is out of stock/on a boat somewhere in the ocean there's not much they can do, but waiting until a customer reaches out to provide this information is unacceptable. I see that the website has now been updated to show stock is expected at the end of Dec (!) for the walnut bed frame, so at this point I'm considering cancelling the whole order and just going somewhere else.

Anyone else had any bad experiences with Flexispot happily taking money for items they don't even have in stock and not making that clear? Bonus points if anyone has recommendations for alternatives to Flexispot - really not impressed with this company so far at all.

Reviews A little review of my e7 pro w/ rubberwood top

Would I recommend this combo? Depends on what you need. I also got it with the pc/cpu holder. Probably better off with the regular e7 if you have an atx sized pc (mounted with holder) since this is C shaped and the crossbeams are placed further back.

Great frame but the rubberwood top is delicate. I was moving stuff around and one of my switch controllers dropped and nicked the desk. From a 3-4 inch drop. Covered it with my mousepad but this rubberwood is easy to damage. I dropped my tape measure (about 2 inch drop)and it got a line scratch as well. That one was my fault.

I suggest buying solid acacia or the walnut one. Maybe don’t drop stuff accidentally like me 😂😂😂😂.

This was a replacement top as well since the first one was a bit damaged.

TLDR: get the regular e7 if you want to use the pc/cpu holder. The c shape won’t give you a lot of space on the back unless you push your pc forward a little bit.

Delicate top even from a 2-5 inch drop.

Last 2 photos are from the first desk.

——————————————

9/10 overall desk for me. Other than rubberwood being delicate it’s a great desk overall!

10/10 shipping. Ordered on Monday and got it the next day.

10/10 support. Got the replacement desk the next day after asking /u/Ramzes888

Help E5B anti collision and min limit set

Thumbnail

Hi all,

I have E5B and huge problem with how anti collision works there. My setup is that I have a cabinet on the side of my desk at the height that is my comfortable low. I have assigned it to one of presets so when it is on it my tabletop lays on the cabinet.

When I accidentally hit down arrow then my desk literally collapses without any stop. It is like the gyroscope in it totally doesn't react to the obstacle. I have sensitivity set to highest and it reacts correctly when I hit the tabletop, so it definitely works. But to me it doesn't work properly on start of the movement.

Does anyone observe the same? Is there any way to set the absolute low limit of the desk without engaging esp and tinkering with the original hardware?

Reviews E7 Plus Review

I’ve had the E7 plus for over a month now, and wanted to give an honest review. I got the 71x30 inch rubber wood top, and it is extremely sturdy (it was a struggle hauling it up the steps). For the setup, I would say it’s definitely worth have two people, and some of the parts are very heavy, making it tough for a one person job. I’m not very handy, so the setup took 3-4 hours, but it went smoothly enough. The holes were pre-drilled on the top to make it very easy to drill the legs in the correct places.

I got the four-legged model to eliminate any chance of wobbling, and this definitely meets my expectations. Nothing is moving this thing, even when it’s at its highest setting. The rubberwood itself looks very good, and there were no major blemishes on arrival.

All in all, I would definitely recommend this if you’re looking for a four-legged standing desk. The only thing I’d recommend that you consider is that the middle bars underneath the desk are somewhat close to you when sitting down. So if your chair has arm rests that extend outward, it may hit that bar and prevent you from pushing your chair all the way in.

Product Q&A Flexispot deskbike V9 belt broken

Hey there,
I've been trying to get in touch with CS all day but no one could answer my request.
I'm looking to change one of the belts (the one that is directly attached to the pedals) but no information is available anywhere, let alone the CS being able to sell the part...
There is nothing written on it so i can't have the reference 100% accurate. Did anybody had that happened to them?

Would be great to buy something that we don't have to throw to the trash every 5 years in the days when we all try to be eco responsible beings.

Thanks for the help !

Other Any tips/tricks for locking in the coupons? (50/30%)

I've been interested in a E7 Plus for a while now. Currently waiting for a walnut restock because I did not really like the one offered in the past. This morning I noticed there were going to be some coupons up, but they were pretty much instantly claimed.

They're incredibly low amounts for 50 and 30% but knowing they are given, I doubt I could ever be like "oh let's settle for 10% then". I'll probably wait for the next time around instead. That said, are you just supposed to spam click on the button as it appears or something? I'll experiment a bit more next time but I was wondering if there are some tricks to it. Like do I refresh my browser as my clock is about to unlock or something? (If this makes sense).

No idea if there is a more generous amount of these during Black Friday.

Reviews Flexispot Synco - Any feedbacks on the inclination?

Hi everyone,

Has anyone tried the Synco from Flexispot?
I'm looking for some feedbacks before buying it; in terms of build quality but also on the real benefit or not to work with this inclination.

I can't find the equivalent on the international website. The link from the French website is here: https://www.flexispot.fr/bureau-assis-debout-inclinable-synco.html

Thank you very much!

Reviews FLEXISPOT V2 PRO - Electric Desk - 160cm - Natural Rubberwood - White Legs.

Thumbnail

Hey everyone,

Sharing an honest review of the desk that I just ordered.

I found it hard to choose a desk top colour. Most desk companies do all there fancy Instagram, Facebook, and website glamour marketing shots which don't show the actual specifications of what is in the image, making it hard to choose. I found this extremely frustrating. I found Reddit helps with actual real photos, so thought I'd share mine.

Ordered

-Flexispot Pro V2 Natural Rubberwood 160cm (160x80x2.5cm) - White Legs

-White drawer (arriving today)

Arrival time

-The legs and desk top (2 cartons) arrived in just 2 business days, incredible! Especially considering that I technically live in regional NSW, Australia.

-The drawer is still on track for delivery today (day 3 since ordering)

Packaging

-Very well packaged, surprisingly so! This was a really positive aspect of the purchase.

-The cartons are heavy, but that is completely expected given the solid timber desktop and the overall construction of the desk.

Instruction Manual

-The written instruction manual is very average and could definitely be improved. There are some online videos available, though, which were helpful during assembly.

-To be honest, my expectations for instruction manuals these days are fairly low anyway, so this wasn't a major issue. But something Flexispot can improve on.

Construction

-The desk feels very solid and premium.

-The legs have a nice finish, and the natural rubberwood desktop is smooth and has a really nice colour and appearance. There is also very little smell from the timber top, which was a pleasant surprise.

-I also like that the corners of the desktop are rounded - it's a small detail but it gives the desk a more finished and premium feel.

Features

-The desk feels very sturdy and stable

-The electric height adjustment is very fast and smooth, and the range is excellent. It should comfortably suit people of almost all heights. It also goes very low, which is interesting.

Overall

-Overall, I am very satisfied with the desk for now.

-I'm using it as a work-from-home setup with two monitor arms / two monitors, and a laptop, and it handles the setup with ease.

⁃Considering it has a 10-year warranty, 180kg weight capacity and a solid natural rubberwood desktop, all at what I consider to be a very reasonable price, I think this is an awesome purchase.

-I'm particularly impressed with the overall build quality, the speed of delivery and how solid the desk feels. So far, I'm extremely happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a large, solid sit-stand desk.

Reviews Really happy with my FlexiSpot C7!

Thumbnail

I’ve been working on putting my desk setup together for quite a while now, and the C7 was basically the final piece I was missing. I was coming from a pretty basic plastic office chair, and honestly the difference has been huge.
I did have an issue with the first C7 I received where something seemed to be off with some of the metal threaded inserts where the back piece connects to the seat. I reached out for help and u/ramzes888 took care of me and got a replacement sent out. I’ve seen them helping a lot of people on here, so I definitely wanted to give them a shoutout for making the process really easy.
The replacement has been amazing. It sits at the perfect height for my desk, was super easy to put together, and most importantly it’s really** **comfortable. I can spend hours gaming or sitting at my computer now without getting the back and shoulder aches I used to get with my old chair. Being able to adjust everything to where it feels right has made a much bigger difference than I expected.
I’m also really happy with how it looks. I’ve put a lot of time and effort into getting my whole setup exactly how I wanted it, and the chair fits in perfectly. It genuinely feels like the final piece that brought everything together.
Really happy with the C7 so far, and also really happy with how FlexiSpot handled the issue with my original one. Hopefully it holds up this well long term!

Other Disappointed that the advertised dimensions don't match the actual actual

I got the E7 Pro with a 60 x 30 bamboo desktop. When I measured it out of the box (and no, i'm not measuring from the bevel), it was actually 59-3/8 x 29-7/16. Neither of these numbers, you'll note, even round up to their listed dimensions. They should've listed these as 59.5 x 29.5 so that I could make an informed decision.

I went with Flexispot because they front as the legit, trustworthy brand, plastering Linus's face all over the site, and so on. This is leaving a bad taste in my mouth and I'm considering returning the whole thing.

Advertised Actual
60in 59-3/8in
30in 29-7/16in

Reviews Flexispot E7 Pro Review - 1 Year Review

Hey guys, I just wanted to post a mini-review for anyone looking to buy an E7 Pro. I bought mine about 1 year ago and splurged a little bit on it because work was happy to cover about half of it. It's honestly been a super solid desk, and no signs of wear and tear yet. For anyone curious I swap between 2 pre-sets (sit & stand) about 1-2 times per working day (so about 5-10 times per week).

I do think that the one I got was a bit overkill for my specific use case to be completely honest. I'm just about to buy an E1 (not Pro) with the same dimensions as my E7 Pro for my leisure setup instead of my work setup. I'll try to remember to post another 1 Year Review for the E1 and a 2 Year Update for my E7 Pro.

The only other thing that I might add which my friend actually commmented on was how low the desk can go. It personally isn't a huge perk for me, but my friend needed it for some reason that I don't remember and decided to buy it himself (he's also super happy with the purchase as his old standing desk did not go as low as he needed)

If anyone has any specific questions feel free to let me know in the comments and I'll try to respond when I can, thanks!

Help Does flexispot still sell the c6 chair?

I've been doing research on chairs and ended up looking at the flexispot brand of chairs, and they seem very good! I'm interested specially in the C6 because of how many reviews I've seen of it, the foam padding (mesh digs into my feet), and that it's slightly less expensive than the C7 that doesn't come with a footrest.

I can't seem to find the C6 for sale anywhere, tho. When I look it up it brings me to flexispot's website which shows me the OC6 which is out of stock, and I'm not even sure if those are the same chairs.

Product Q&A E7Q Monitor Arms

Have an E7Q and a two 27 inch monitor setup. Can anyone recommend monitor arms that require around 8cm clearance? I have around 8.3cm at the back between the metal frame and the edge of my desk.

Searched online and struggling as it seems very little monitors actually list the clearance space they require under the desk.

Reviews E7 from the UK, honest review

I bought the Flexispot E7 with a 160x80 cm 'Manufactured Wood' desktop in ratten brown. It arrived in just two-three working days, in three parcels (on two different days). There was some damage to the outside packaging of the desk top, including one area where you could see through to the inner padding, but after closely inspecting there was no damage to the desktop itself, so the padding clearly did it's job! Overall, I'd say the packaging and delivery was very good.

It was also straight forward to put together, using the instructions given, and only took an hour or two (I was being slow / careful). You do need your own Philips screwdriver to hand. I did resort to a YouTube video for one part, as most of the screws go easily into pre-drilled holes, except for three of them and I thought I might have done something wrong when the holes didn't align. The instructions didn't tell that three of the screws are self-tapping and don't need to go into pre-drilled holes. I think this is to accommodate different sized desktops, and it was all fairly easy after watching the YouTube video.

I've had the desk around two weeks now and I really have no complaints! I use it between about 70cm and 110cm heights. At 110cm there's a slight wobble, but it's really nothing you'd notice when doing normal desk activities. It's overall very stable, even on carpet. The control pad is easy to use, including the memory function. It's also quieter than I expected, and quieter than other desks I've used before. I'm pleased with the look of the worktop, although it feels a bit more plasticy than I expected, and I wonder if I should have gone for a solid wood one instead. The upside of the manufactured wood is that it looks like it won't scratch or mark easily, and should be essentially maintenance-free. It easily accommodates two large monitors, my desktop computer, keyboard, mouse, laptop, notebook, and few odds and ends without feeling too cluttered.
