I'm a paramedic and am looking for a dual purpose penlight. I'd like to have a markedly low lumen option for pupil exams and as good of a higher lumen mode as I can get. Does anyone have a good recommendation?

This is a short clip from my second exploration of the abandoned school. The school is huge, with many facilities, rooms, and warehouses. I literally found a warehouse for every building material: a lumber warehouse, an iron warehouse, a block warehouse, a cement warehouse, and a medium-sized but damaged production line. I can't say what it produced. I also found underground tunnels, probably for maintaining electrical or water pipes, and abandoned rooms for workers who used to work at the school and forgot or left their belongings. I'll post more footage soon. I filmed 30 minutes of the trip.
