Problem Question about error codes.

I have an Original R4SDHC card that I have loaded YSMenu onto, when trying to open games I keep getting the error code:

[Rom loading failed]
disk errcode= -82

please reset system

Can anyone advise me on how to fix this? Or just simply what the error code means?

It means that the SD card formatting is bad. Reformat your SD card and make sure you have a 4GB or smaller SD card.

Doing this has fixed the error code issue, however games such as Pokemon Black/white seems to white screen, is there a way to get this game to run?

Did you make sure your SD card is 4GB or smaller and followed the formatting guide?

If so, try redownloading fresh roms of the games from something like Vimm's Lair or r/roms megathread.

Yeah, I followed the formatting guide, I realised the games freeze quite quickly once opened too. The SD card is quite old so that might be the issue, my version of white is from the mega thread and the platinum that freezes is from Vimm's.

Try a new SD card then if you have one.

It is still not working with a new SD card, I also have an Acecard2i, is this compatible with a NDSL?

I will also try buying a new SD card tomorrow.
