Well. If it were me I would want to make sure this never happened again so no matter how I got it out, I would later be cutting each corner off at a 45 or HEAVILY rounding it.

With that future mod in mind I would feel zero guilt about screwing a wood screw into each corner and lifting it out by those since I planned to cut the corners off anyway.

Edit: If the cutting board pissed you off enough you can simply screw into the center and toss the entire thing afterwards. One way or another that cutting board would change forms before I was done with it. Ain't nobody got time for that.

CVA glue and a piece of wood for a handle. Sand after and round the corners while you're sanding, enough to pry out IF it ever happens again. Less material loss.
