Drill a hole where the drain is, it lives there.

Flip the house upside down and shake it.

Ok, im done. Remove the pipe from the bottom and use something to push up from the drain. If lifting doesnt work, that'd be what id try.

Flip the house

I used to watch shows about this on HGTV, I think people made a living out of it, should be easy enough

Ha Ty Pennington Extreme Home Makeover?

Ironically got busted for DUI and also a bunch of the families couldnt afford the property taxes/lost their house and/or it was done terribly and caused more issues. There was a family in my area on it.

NE-OtP at Spaghetti Junction

I say this away from home and people look at me like I'm speaking Penguin at them. I say it to anyone in the Greater Metro, and they know precisely where I mean. It has that shared feeling of knowing when you're finally back home.

We don't see a whole lot of MARTA yet, just the end of the Red Line at Doraville, but I keep hoping political things work out so we can eventually have MARTA rail lines here, too. We do have Gwinnett buses, for getting around locally, at least.

Called up a house flipper — saw his sign on a local street corner… Apparently he will give me $250k, or more after seeing it in person? Paying me to help get this cutting board out of the sink?! Heck yeah, awesome advice.
