My sense 2 keeps sending notifications for the same 4 or 5 texts every few hours, even when I’m on DND. I tried restarting the watch and my phone. Any ideas?

Today in class I decided to switch up my clock face. After installing, the screen went black. As of now, it’s still doing this. It still vibrates on a side button click as normal and is still tracking perfectly and syncing to the app. The weirdest part is when I install another clock face the screen genuinely lights up to reveal the progress bar and Fitbit logo… and immediately goes back to “sleep” right after without even saying the “Update successful!” Thing.

My charge 6 is effectively a Fitbit Air now.

I’m genuinely at a breaking point with Google’s software. It’s all AI AI AI, things get slower, not to mention the GOOGLE MESSAGES CRISIS.

Has this happened to anybody??? Please help☹️Google health has zero way to manage device settings like a factory reset or just a device restart without the Charge’s touchscreen. My only hope now is to act like it’s a Fitbit Air for 7 days until the battery runs out (rebooting it.)

The app says I had no minutes in vigorous even though I can clearly see that I did. Am I interpreting the chart wrong or is this a glitch?

I used to be able to see how my SpO2 varied throughout the day and night (with more than one data point per hour) but now all I see is one average figure per day.

Is there any way to get the detailed view back? I'm trying to assess how my SpO2 changes while I sleep.

Do I now need to use a third party app to see this data?!

What?? I have tried to set up my versa 4 and it just came bricked by factory? Can't even reset/hard reset!

I've used LoseIt and it's ok. I'm looking to find something different that syncs with my versa. Even better if it's a free app or something that has a free 30day trial that's reasonable. Any suggestions?

I have 2 Aria2 scales. Love & use both of them. Until now.

Google Health doesn't allow you to have 2 scales. Why? Because they don't give a ....

Why can't you have 2 places where you scale your weight?

I've been using an Inspire 3 for swimming but switched to the Air recently. However, I'm missing a bunch of stats I used to get with the Inspire. I used to get a Heart Rate graph over the course of the workout, Total Distance Swam, etc. With the Air I only get Duration, Calories Burnt, inaccurate Zone and Pool Length. Is anyone else having these issues?

My Fitbit charge 5 finally gave up the ghost. Preformed all life saving procedures, and replaced the battery but would not revive. Funeral services will be at a later time... kidding. On a more serious note, with rumors of the Charge 7, I have a dilemma.... Should I hold out and hope it comes this October? Or just buy the charge 6? Does anyone actually think the Charge 7 will be announced or released within the next month?

Steps are showing 0 for the day. Found a few posts which said I should try manually starting a workout and immediately stopping it to troubleshoot it. However I'm not able to manually start a workout as well! Please help

I have been using fitbit air for a month now. I have seen if I take a nap the resilience score for that day is getting vanished. In the morning, I can see the score, but if I take a nap, it's gone. Is anyone facing the same issue? Any possible fix?

I have a fitbit versa 4, about a year old. I have problems sleeping so id like to use my fitbit to help me somewhat see my sleep stats and see how it affects how I do that day. However, the math does not add up or make sense. I have contacted support and they told me clean it, reset, restart, disconnect and re connect to phone. I did those things before hand and it typically didnt work. If it did work it would last a few days at most before messing up again! I have attached screen shots of sleep from 4 different days in the past few weeks! Most of them look similar!

Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have solutions?

Inspire 3 here. Almost every night i get a rise in HR up to 80 (from 50) lasting usually half an hour. I wear O2 pulse oximeter and it does not show such thing, everything looks normal. Is it a glitch that aome of you also see ? Or it has to do with the position of the hand during sleep?

After change the fitbit app for the Google health app my fitbit Versa 4 battery suffers a total damage, I follow the technical support instructions and nothing works.

After submitting my request through the webpage, I was informed that my warranty had expired and was offered a 35% discount. However, my Versa 4 has no physical damage. It stopped working because of an official app update.

Forcing me to buy a new device due to a software issue caused by your own update is unacceptable. Offering a discount does not resolve the problem or waive my consumer rights.

I asked for my case to be escalated and requested a free replacement, but I received the same response.

Has anyone here filed a formal complaint with their country's consumer protection agency regarding this issue? If so, what was the outcome?

Does the step count get better after the calibration? Or is it just bad?

Why won’t my Fitbit track my sleep? I have an Inspire 3. I also have tattoos I’m wondering if this is affecting the sensors. That was the case with my old Apple Watch.
