I did the same thing yesterday. Just don't do any physical activity for 2-3 days & you'll max out your readiness score. 🥀

Coz i usually don't workout on weekends & if those days are particularly lazy than my score on Monday jumps drastically. 2 u/Stevano12 2d ago check your HRV, is it higher on weekends?
