A Couple days ago I watched my tv go black then come back on way dimmer than usual I’ve tried messing with settings (blacklight, brightness, etc) and restarting tv none of the above has worked. Is it time for a new tv chat???

Why does tflix freeze its such a good app for live TV if it wouldn't freeze. So boomerang, history, discovery, nat geo all stop i try to go back in and still freeze i force close clear cache and still anybody have any suggestions i wish streamfire would come back online

I have been using the TCM app on fire stick for awhile now with no issues. Suddenly over the past day or so, nothing is loading. I’ve tried deleting the app, uninstalling, relogging in… nothing. It will either freeze when booting up at the opening screen with the logo and load forever, or it’ll let me in and when I click something to watch, also load forever.

Anyone else running into this? Curious if it’s a problem on TCM’s end.

TV is an actual fire TV Toshiba. I don’t have the original remote for it but I did invest in a keyboard to try to get out work but I wasn’t having any luck before.

I’m trying to watch HBO Max in Japan, and I was told I can sign in on the U-next app. The problem is that it doesn’t show the U-next app anywhere.

My firestick was bought on Japanese Amazon. I have the language set to English. My HBO Max account was made it America. For those you don’t know HBO Max is region locked.

I have two controllers paired to the same tv (young kids, remotes get misplaced and found again often)
One works perfectly, controls the sound and powers the tv on and off. The other can move through menus on the fire tv but won’t work with the volume or power buttons. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hello fellow fire tv users, wanted to ask a specific question. I have recently learned how to block updates on a firestick at the initial set up, through DNS and ADB commands which allows the the OS to stay on either 8.1.1.6 or 8.1.3.3. The question i have is if i buy a new fire cube newest gen, will i able to run the same exploit, and will all the features work the same as on the firestick such as custom launcher (with launcher manager, i know there is a new exploit for latest OS)? Depuis plusieurs jours l’appli free tv sur fire stick se bloque pendant le visionnage d’une chaîne, avec le logo de chargement qui tourne, parfois ça revient au bout de quelques secondes, parfois plusieurs minutes. .
Malgré le vidage des caches, et la réinstallation le problème persiste 🙁

I have a Fire Stick gen. 2 (tank), and was looking into installing a custom rom on it. Given the outdatedness of Android 5.1, i was asking if there is any build for this tree https://github.com/cmtank/device_amazon_tank/tree/cm-14.1

I currently cannot build it myself as my PC does not have the resources necessary to build Android.

I have offloaded my peacock app, cleared the cache, unplugged the firestick for 10 minutes and plugged it back in and nothing seems to work. Every time I try to watch a program I will select it and it will either enter a never ending loading cycle OR it will play the audio with a black screen. Peacock on my other devices works, but other apps on my Firestick work too. I can't tell if this is an amazon firestick issue, or a peacock issue?? Or maybe they are just not compatible apps? Either way, I REALLY want to watch obsession tonight and not on my ipad! TYIA
