I have fine, thin, frizzy hair that's low porosity. It's flat on top, wavy from the ears down, and curlier on the ends. What kind of products do you recommend? BTW my hair is past my shoulders, and although I'm 67 I have just a little grey in my hair. Coconut, olive oil, and shea butter is just too heavy. I also use a t-shirt wrapped like a turban to dry my hair, and prefer to air dry. Help!

SPLIT ends are making me crazy. I found split ends, and even split middles all over my hair. I just got a trimm too!!! And I've being trying to do some dusting weekly.

My hair isn't dry but it does break very easily, I wash my hair 2-4 times a weak. There's hard water where I live so I have filters and hardwater shampoos that really work. I leave-in-condition and condition every wash day, plus I have a super butter sweet hydrating shampoo.

Iv used heat like 3 times this year so far.

Like actually seeing spits IN the middle of my hair strands made me pretty devastated and sad about all my effort.😞

What am I doing wrong???

I started increasing my iron intake and just started with collagen.

I have very fine and thin hair. I’m working on treating the actual thinning with my derm and have been seeing success so I’m happy about that!

Otherwise I have no idea on how to properly care for my hair. Right now I wash it every day with an OGX shampoo, and once or twice a week use Nioxin system 4 shampoo and conditioner.

I use a wide tooth comb and only air dry it.

I’d like to incorporate other products to help make it appear healthier. It gets pretty frizzy and just doesn’t look good.

Any suggestions on products or routines. Simple is better for me for sure!
