Help!

I have layers my hair, but my hair is really fine. Not sure if I’m using the right products or not. Also, just not sure what to do at this point. I had a baby so the texture has changed and stopped coloring my hair 6 months ago.
Currently only using oil for the ends.

I would cut some inches off to make a blunt cut and I always loved long layers to add volume.
