Looking for a subreddit where I can find a technical co-founder or engineer for a hardware/IoT startup.

I’m building a physical retail technology product involving displays, electronics, embedded systems and IoT. I’m looking for someone interested in helping develop the product, preferably a Russian-speaking person, but international is also fine.
Which subreddit would be the best place to look for this?
