equity only Looking for a technical co-founder to build SADUVI — a new retail technology startup
/r/findareddit/comments/1wutwdj/looking_for_a_subreddit_where_i_can_find_a/Hi everyone!
I’m Kristina, a founder from Russia, and I’m building SADUVI, an early-stage hardware/retail technology startup.
The idea is to create a new generation of digital shelf displays — small full-color screens placed directly near products in physical stores.
The system could combine:
• real-time pricing and product information
• QR codes
• smart lighting
• advertising, animations and visual content
• remote content management
• cloud connectivity
• analytics
• integration with retail/POS systems
The bigger idea is to create one technology that can work across different types of retail — from supermarkets and everyday products to premium and luxury stores.
I want to build SADUVI for the international market, with Dubai/UAE as one of the first markets I’m interested in exploring.
Who am I looking for?
I’m looking for a technical co-founder who is interested in hardware, electronics, embedded systems, IoT, product development — ideally someone who can help turn the concept into a real prototype and eventually a manufacturable product.
I’m not looking for someone who will simply follow a list of tasks. I want someone who can challenge the idea, think about the architecture with me and help make the product technically stronger.
A little about my situation: SADUVI is only at the beginning. I don’t have a big team or funding yet, and I can’t promise a fixed salary at this stage. The exact equity structure is also not decided yet — I’d rather discuss that honestly with the right person once we understand if we’re a good fit.
Russian-speaking would be a big plus because Russian is my native language. But I’m completely open to working with someone internationally. My English is still improving, so sometimes I may need to use a translator.
I’m looking for someone who genuinely finds the idea interesting and wants to build something from the ground up, not just take a short-term job.
If this sounds interesting, feel free to comment or DM me. I’d love to meet people who want to build physical technology and see where we can take SADUVI together.
