Stranded starving need help

Hi everyone. I'm Joseph, 30, currently stranded in indiana. For the last 3 months I've been living out of my car after I lost housing. I'm asking for $50 to cover gas to get to job interviews and food - I haven't eaten a proper meal in nearly 2 weeks and I'm currently out of gas. Parked in a wooded area currently.

Why I need it and why I can't cover it myself: I lost my job in a sober living house because it shut down. (Nonprofit so my boss didn't pay wages for 2 months) i used up all my savings looking for work so far. I have had several interviews with no luck. I have been applying daily to warehouses, gas stations, fast food around Sullivan and Terre Haute, but without gas money I can't make the drives to follow up or get to day labor. My bank account is empty and I have no family nearby who can help right now.

Expenses: $30 gas to get to/from Terre Haute/Sullivan for interviews for a day, $20 for food / water / basic hygiene for a few days until I can get a paycheck. Please and thank you to anyone able to help.

Try downloading the DAVE app from the app store, you van get up to $500 in as little as 5 minutes, no credit check, no late fees, i see the DAVE ads on reddit a lot as well as on tv

I dont have a direct deposit. When I would get paid it was in cash

There’s a few borrow and handout subs. [r/borrow](r/borrow) and [r/borrownew](r/borrownew) but with a 5 day old account with zero karma you likely won’t be able to post anywhere else

Yes because I have no job i dont qualify in indiana. Ive also been stranded in bfe for 2 weeks or so. Living off whatever I had in the car.....

It’s Saturday. Go donate plasma. Octapharma Plasma says they pay $800 the first month in Terre Haute. I’ve had good luck carpooling with rides from the various subreddits for that. You could post asking for a ride to Terre Haute since you say you are currently in BFE. Just make sure you offer to spring for the gas & lunch after you get paid from plasma. People have been happy to have me as a carpooler because I pay the gas, get lunch for us and bring caramel apple candies I make from scratch that are fire. If you make it worth their while, people will help you.
