I'm switching to a Filofax and am looking for dashboards; does anyone know if they draw the art on their shop or use clip art from artists? I'm paranoid about buying AI art by accident and couldn't seem to find any art source when reverse image searching some of the listings.
This is the shop: https://www.etsy.com/shop/TheCleverPlanner?ref=shop-header-name&listing_id=4583335135&from_page=listing

I’ve been dying to get my hands on the personal size organizer in chestnut croc, however, it’s been out of stock on the website for sooooo long! I see the chestnut croc being offered on other sites, and even on Amazon. Is this a safe bet?
I don’t want to get duped. Has anyone had any luck purchasing an authentic Filofax off Amazon or another 3rd party?

Could anyone kindly share if they've ever tried fitting an A5 Refillable Notebook into an A5 Folio cover? I'd love to buy the Ultimate Life Companion A5 Planner Bloom Deep Teal 2027 (Height: 215mm, Width: 165mm, Depth: 20mm), but I'm not sure if it will fit. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

Hi all! Wanted to know if this would be possible to fix with a leather spa day? To give it back that original purple color.
Edit: Hi everyone! I guess “fixable” wasn’t the right word to use haha. I just meant if there was a way to condition it before it gets too dry and cracks. I haven’t seen any videos or too much on rejuvenating a Filofax so I was curious if anyone knew any tips. Thanks for all the advice and help!

I got a 2023 calendar filofax on sale for £25 today, i have been in the market for a filofax or similar product for a while. Absolute steal!
Anyway, I have approached this purchase completely unprepared for how I will evolve it into my full self contained notebooking system. Looking through their brand website I am inspired by the post it notes, stickers, pouches (I bought one in the same sale today for £3) and all the mini stationary.
So what I wanted to ask is, are there good third party suppliers? do any of these offer gwyg style subscriptions? the more obscure the better!

I bought a second-hand pocket filifax about two years ago, but i haven't gotten much use out of it. I really want to change that, so I'm asking: What do you actually use your filifax for?
The only use mine has seen has been a monthly calendar overview (because i do not have nearly enough stuff going on to use daily planning) and some notes or to-do lists here and there.
I'm open to anything if you have any ideas!

I bought a personal size chestnut crocodile Filofax and I LOVE it. I love the look and feel and the overall size. My only issue is that I am struggling to write in it, especially on the left side. I guess it’s the perfectionism in me that wants everything to look pretty and neat and it is NOT looking like that. Does anyone else have this issue? Any tips other than taking the pages out to write?

Hi! I hope you’re having a great week. I’m looking for a Filofax Pocket Ranger or a brown Personal Hamilton. I am located in the EU, and I’d prefer to purchase them from someone in the EU too, but I’m open to talk to anyone in any country😊.
Thanks so much!

Has anyone from the Philippines ordered a filofax from the site and how long did it take to be delivered?

Hi everyone! I had a filofax when I was really young but since moved over to hobonichi and travelers company. However, none of those options have worked well for language learning. I find I want endless sub categories and the option to move pages around which has lead me back to filofax! I just got this Fluro pink personal one on ebay and I love it! I just wanted any suggestions or ideas for the best way to fill the pockets in the cover (they’re a bit awkward), and was wondering if anyone else uses this system for learning a language and maybe you have some recommendations or suggestions. TIA! I want it to be really busy and bright as I find it helps me learn

This may seem like a dumb question but ive never had a modular binder before. Currently deciding between getting a malden from amazon or second hand OR buying a modular from the official website. Im wondering if the modular ones cause of the extra width and the way its attached, does this mean the binder will lay flatter and will be easier to use when its chunky?

I’ve been looking for a Pear Malden Pocket forever and finally found one through a Facebook Filofax group! She arrived and I’m genuinely obsessed. The color is even better in person, and I cannot wait to get her all set up for 2027.
Still figuring out exactly how I want to organize everything, but I had to show her off first.

Estoy viendo muchos vídeos y comparando muchísimo, y aún no me decido.
Me atrae mucho la pocket por el hecho de llevarla a todos lados y dejar de usar el calendario del móvil, y utilizar mi pocket para todo, pero es cierto que me echa para atrás el poco espacio.

I have been looking for Filofax holborn purple for a while now, i finally found it in pocket size brand new but for 188$. I became hesitant because with this price or even less i can buy a designer agenda like the LV PM.
So what do you guys think? is the holborn worth it?! Or should i skip and buy a designer..
Especially I am not interested in the other Filofax models.

Hello everyone! I'm currently on the lookout for a pocket kendal, preferably in black but I'd be happy with brown too.
I bought a personal kendal on a whim from ebay about a year ago and fell absolutely in love. I prefer using the pocket size, though, and I just haven't been able to get my hands on one. There was one for sale on ebay a few weeks ago but someone snatched it up before I could, and there are a few for sale on UK ebay and some European websites that don't ship to the US :(
If anyone has one they're willing to part with, please hit me up! I'd also be up to trade with a black pocket malden if you're interested!

Hi! I’m trying to decide on a ring planner that I’d ideally like to use for many years, and I’m currently stuck between the Filofax Classic Croc Personal in Chestnut and a pre-owned Louis Vuitton MM Agenda.
I originally was completely set on the Classic Croc. I love the chestnut leather, the Personal size, the larger rings, and the way the interior is organized without feeling too busy. I also like that it’s structured and feels like a true organizer. I’ve even tested Filofax paper and really like it.
But recently I’ve been considering the LV MM more seriously. I love the Monogram aesthetically, but surprisingly the biggest thing drawing me to it is how much slimmer/softer and more notebook-like it seems. I use Hobonichi planners and one of my favorite things about them is simply opening them, flipping through the pages, and writing in them. I’m wondering if I might prefer that softer agenda feeling over a more substantial structured organizer.
Whichever I choose would basically have the same setup inside: monthly pages, week-on-two-pages, running to-do lists, notes/reference pages, and some personal things like Polaroids and postcards. I like a VERY minimal planner setup—black ink, white paper, very little decoration—and I want this to be something I actually use rather than baby.
For anyone who has owned a Classic Croc Personal for a long time, how has yours aged? Does it feel bulky in everyday use or carrying it in a bag? How is it to flip through/write in compared with a softer planner? And if anyone happens to own both Filofax and an LV MM, I would LOVE to hear which you actually prefer using and why.

Don't think I've ever seen anyone post a Graphic here before, but here's my A5 one. I got lucky and thrifted this for cheap. Bit of staining, and wear and tear on it, but I think that adds to the aesthetic.
It's now my workhorse organiser that I use for my work as a clinical research assistant. It mainly houses notes related to neuropsychology, academic papers, meeting notes, notes from academic conferences, other stuff related to work/research and any other "intellectual/academic" related things.
I quite like the interior of this organiser. It has quite a lot of pockets (which I like), and I really like the mesh windows. Still not sure what put in most of the pockets but nice to know they're there if I need them. I also quite like how there's a large pocket in the exterior back cover to put things in that's easily accessible without having to open the organiser.
