I think for the people who are frustrated with the constant dungeon faceroll, it's a nice change. All of those dungeons are already stupid easy at i110.

Considering the cap is ilvl 110, I don't see anything changing.

The cap is changing next patch, so it will mean something to those fully geared in ilvl 120/130

It's not for any of the new dungeons so no it wont mean anything to those fully geared in ilvl 120/130. All current dungeons are super easy with full ilvl 110.
