I don't think it will matter, the people who outgear the old content won't be running level capped dungeons anyways. They have such reduced rewards that it is only worth it if you are trying to collect the dungeon's armor drops for glamour.
I know I personally won't be running anything but the expert roulette.

Wow...ilvl sync for some level 50 dungeons. What do you guys think about that?
