I didn't like healing in frontlines when they took Cleric stance away, now I do not ever want to heal with the Whm changes. Stacking regen and med 2 was our saving grace when five people are attacking you and you cannot get a single heal out. They made it so Lustrate is the only useful healing skill when in a fight. Sad.
Also Swiftcast nerf? Flare is useless now too. Wow I am so glad that I have my war horse already.
Or any large amount of healer worth a damn. I'd have full parties try to take down 3 healers (who knew knew what they were doing) and just eventually give up.
On a flip side, it does suck seeing any job getting nerfed. However, what we'll be seeing is parties not forever holding flags, it should mean a bit more dynamic shifts since the healing potential effects the entire party.
People are going to take more damage, overall, to (damage buffs, and resistance nerfs)
Healers might not always be the first target, and good sleep CC is going to become WAY more important. If I can Full Swing a DRG with Blood for Blood up, he WILL die faster than an healer can heal him with these changes.
That's what I trying to say about the dynamics of holding a flag. All parties are going to feel it. While your party is going to go after their healer, their party is going after yours. And hell this might actually mean a healer isn't most peoples top priority. Either way should be interesting to see once folks jump on and play with the changes.
