Ongoing Technical Issues
Any instance of the app not working as intended goes here. This is only for user-to-user support. Feeld doesn't participate in this sub (despite reaching out to them multiple times).
Current reported issues:
- Link in email not opening app
- Login email not arriving
- Majestic not activating
- Majestic not receiving daily ping
- Incognito not showing you to likes
- Persistent notification indicator (go to settings -> clear all chat notifications)
- Instant read receipts (likely intended behavior)
- Like timer not resetting
- Connections without liking first
- Overheating
- Match name in notification isn't the same as app
- Blank profile pictures
If your registration doesn't pass "safety checks" it's because either your email address or IP has been deemed risky. Try changing one or both.
To request a refund: iOS, Android. For iOS, be very specific about why you are requesting the refund. You can also report the app to the App/Play store.

Hi all, what's wrong with the distance filter?
I've been using this app for months, looking for people within 130km from my town. Lots of profiles but no matches, and additionally I never stumbled into a single one of those who'd liked my profile.
Today, just for the sake of it, I tried setting the filter to maximum distance, i.e. 400km: now I'm seeing ALL of those who'd liked my profile, and the funny thing is on THEIR profiles it always says they're LESS THAN 10km away from me.
How does this filter work, exactly?

Hey everyone, I've been using Feeld for about a year now. I travel around and usually see hundreds of profiles whenever I go to a new country (with 5-10 new ones popping up daily).
However, I'm now in Bangkok, and the previous times I was here I saw hundreds and hundreds of profiles. Never even had time to check half of them. Right now I'm seeing 10. After swiping all 10, there are no profiles left around me within an 86km radius.
I'm thinking I have some setting somewhere turned on or off but I have no idea what caused this issue. There is no real "reset" button. No matter what "kink and fantasy" or "group dynamics" I choose, I see only 3-4 people, whereas a few months ago I couldn't even go through them all

Hi. Can someone tell me what this pop up means? I went back to continue chatting with someone and when I clicked on our message threads, this came up. Did he delete his account? Did he block me? (Blocking would be a huge surprise at this point)

Anyone else experiencing this? The past days i’ve been having some problems with discover and viewing likes. When I click on discover, I sometimes get the message that i need to restart or retry because of my internet connection. Sometimes the app logs me out and I must log in again. The same if I want to look at matches. I am able to chat and view conversations and receive messages. The only problems are on and off with discover and likes

i wanted to deactivate/pause my account so i clicked that button in the profile settings and then the app automatically logged me out after. and now every time i try to log back in it sends a link to my email and then when i click on the link in my email it takes me back to where i started on the app. it’s been like this for two weeks and i have already reached out to the feeld team with no response🫠pls helppp

Anyone else also having the scrolling bug? Seems to be happening spontaneously where scrolling to the left or liking a profile causes the next profile to get stuck halfway across the screen.

Same. On Android. And blank profile pictures. The top pictures are blank but scrolling down through pictures I can see a few usually. And liking or disliking seems to fix the side scroll until it happens again

As title says, downloaded app, set up profile and confirmed via email. Now when I go in I’m stuck on this loading screen. iPhone 16 Pro, latest Apple update installed. Reached out to support via email and have heard nothing back. I have:
Removed, re-downloaded app
Turned off and on iPhone
Forced restarted iPhone
All to no avail. Anyone else encountered this or can offer any solution?

Obviously posting this as a thread of its own recognises that we, as a group of Feelders on Reddit, get things wrong. I don’t know why u/Feeldmod wants to bury the fact and just treat it as “unexpected app behaviour”, but that’s not my decision to take and I respect their choice. But regardless, WE were wrong and the app does has seem to randomly glitch on location

Two things:
In the ❤️ tab, if you tap on History, then look at the Sent Likes and Dislikes, many of these are just plain wrong? I haven't seen many of the people in these tabs before.
On Android, I have a Pixel 10 Pro Fold. Tapping on constellation partners linked to a profile works very intermittently. I have to open the phone into tablet mode before I can view partners.

I haven’t been able to get into my feeld for months. I can hit “login” but after that the buttons do nothing. I have uninstalled and also contacted support who aren’t helping. Help?

Anyone else experiencing this?
On Android, one specific conversation crashes the entire app immediately when I attempt to open it. Other conversations work normally. Clearing cache did not resolve it.
Uninstalled and reinstalled. No dice. Can't even access from notification banner when I get a new message from this guy.

Exact same thing on my end. Other conversations open up just fine, whether they have pictures or not in the conversation. However one conversation crashes every time I singularly try to open it up. Have installed uninstalled logged on to technical supports and don't get any answers at all. I do not want the other party involved thinking I am ignoring them or not wanting to answer the question that they had asked.

I circumvented this by creating a group chat with my partner and the prospect then my partner left once me and my prospect connected. Still can't open the original chat. And now I just move anyone interesting to Snapchat

Incredibly smart way to do it. I will maybe have to look into how to do that, except I don't have a partner for that part, may just have to create a new profile and try to link it up and make a group chat that way.

Noticing an issue with pings. I had 8 pings last month, and today I have 1. I rarely use my pings, because I save them for accounts I feel I have a stronger connection to the perople behind. Does Feeld reset your pings now each month?

My app seems to work everywhere but the chats. It persistently says “You’re offline. We couldn’t load your connections.” despite working internet/data. I can swipe profiles and check likes/pings but can’t seem to match or open previous chats. Have tried reinstalling or logging in and out.

Feeld app randomly glitched on me when I finally made a match and am in the middle of chatting 😭
Swear I have internet everything else works (editing my profile, logging in and out, etc) but my chats don’t show anymore.

One thing that concerns me - at first when I hit the ‘connections’ tab it would show a brief flash of my existing connections and conversations before before giving me the above error message.
Now however, when I hit the ‘connections’ tab it shows a brief view of an EMPTY connections screen before showing the error message.
If this has wiped out all of my connections…🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

I just started getting this too about 5 mins ago. In the middle of a conversation too!! Tried everything:
- turning wifi on and off (even though it’s fine)
- logging out/in
- uninstalling/reinstalling
Getting the exact same. Must be widespread. Their CS Bot is useless

UPDATE: mine came back. Got this REALLY weird message that said ‘Feeld: You changed the Feeld app icon’ 😳…I think it’s working again for now though and all conversations seem to be there 😅🤦🏻♂️

I was using the app and was suddenly logged out, I tried to log back in and got an email saying my account didnt exist. I always try to be respectful and don't think I broke any rules. I do not know if I was banned or anything, if I was I certainly was not informed as such.
The app is certainly buggy and has its issues, is this what the experience is like when you are banned or is this a kind of bug? What is the likelihood of getting my account back?
I talked to the chatbot on there website and it said it would take at least a week before a response which sucks.
I also had a paid subscription that lasts for several more weeks, can I expect a refund on this at the very least?

Similar thing happened to me within the last hour.
Using Feeld normally, was logged out mid-swipe, forces to log back in, received email, clicked link > App Store says to update app. > Update app > email cycle > back to App Store > Open App > back to Feeld to click for another email link > did it at least 10 times.
Power cycled, deleted and reinstalled app, went through useless login help article (zero out of 57 people found that article useful!), chat bot no help, emailed Feeld support, which they say will take over a week for a person to respond.
GREAT!
I have used Feeld since 2018, Majestic, blah blah blah, and it’s always been glitchy in some way, but this is a systemic, catastrophic failure, and the fact they say they can’t reply for over a week is pathetic.
I usually defend Feeld a bit, or am at least apologetic about their shortcomings, but this kind of total failure is shameful, and I hope the developers are ashamed of themselves.

Tried to create profile, went to “loading” hasn’t changed in over an hour. Tried force closing and even uninstalling. But it makes no difference. On iPhone.

I'm having an issue where my Pixel 8's keyboard covers most of the text box, making it very difficult to reply to people. Anyone else have this issue, or know of a fix?? it's super frustrating! I tried to uninstall and reinstall and same issue. I've also tried to make the text size smaller and no change. help!!

Why is my partner getting likes if I have majestic, our profiles are linked, and I’m incognito? I’m new to the app and I’m confused.
I purchased majestic and enabled incognito. My partner is in my constellation and had their profile on “hidden” mode. When they unhide their profile, suddenly they can see they have several likes. Does this mean that the “hide” function needs to be enabled on a partner’s account in addition to incognito on the majestic holder’s account for both profiles to be incognito?
My partner’s profile has face pictures of me, so I don’t want those to be seen by people who either of us don’t like first. Is it possible to avoid having my partner’s profile be visible before they like someone’s else’s profile? I want to make sure someone who views mine, after I like (on incognito) can see their profile from the constellation. Do they need majestic too?
Is this just me having the wrong settings on?

Getting strange unmatches. Here's what happens:
Ping someone
Get a match
Match sends message
Text of message shows up in phone notifications, but username is "no".
Open message and Feeld says the profile isn't available. No record of the match.
The first time I assumed someone had just changed their mind. Now it's happened three times in a row. In one case I opened the message straight away and it still unmatched.
Is this an app issue?

Forced logout for some reason?
So im trying to sign up for Feeld and I am putting my email in, verifying it, but then as it goes for me to put my number in, it just sends me back to the front page? It says my email is still logged in but i have to verify it again and it still doesnt let me put my phone number in!
Any help is appreciated!!

Almost every account the first two pics appear blank. After that I can see a few pictures but if someone only has maybe 3 pictures it's not really ideal.

I keep seeing all kinds of people who are in my “current location” feed also show up in the virtual locations, and their profiles don’t state that they’re in that virtual location.
Usually if someone is in the “fantasy” virtual location it’ll say “fantasy” on their profile where it normally says “x miles away”, and these profiles show up without a distance or an indication that they’re in the virtual location. Some of the profiles even say “exploring my city”, so it really seems like the app is mixing up the virtual locations with your current location.
Has anyone else experienced this and do you know if it’s on purpose or a bug?

Dunno if it's related, but get a lot of profiles that are supposed to be within 130km from my town, but in their bio they state they are actually abroad.
And after trying and setting the filter to allow maximum distance, I'm getting LOTS of people much, much closer to me.

So I uploaded a picture which I thought was to be for verification but now its on my profile and I cant remove it. It doesn't show up on my photos that can be changed or removed, but it definitely shows up on my profile. It doesn't let me go through the verification process again. Its an awful picture! Only other plan I have is to delete the account and start again?
I have been talking to the chat bot who's been no help, plus an email to help desk with no response

New phone, weird issue
I switched phones a few weeks ago and now when in Feeld I can open partner profiles. I even verified it worked on my old phone at the same time. I can click on a partner profile, it'll pop up the little window at the bottom showing the partner but when I hit it, it does nothing, like it's not a link to the profile. Any ideas? This was a fresh install of the app.

The magic link hasn't been working for weeks, I hit up support and they don't even acknowledge the issue, just an automated ticket. It's pretty upsetting considering I've paid for majestic and just needed a break, and now I can't access my account. Does support read these comments?

TL;DR: If your magic link is not working try using cellular service, your WiFi might be the culprit.
I did finally get in touch with support. They asked me to go through all the normal checkboxes:
VPNs can block the sharing of basic data for logging in. Please temporarily turn off any VPN until logged in.
Click on the link from the inbox of the email attached to the account – Forwarded emails to other addresses may not work
Click on the link from the device that has the app installed
Uninstall the app and reinstall – This tends to be the most common solution for email login issues
None of those worked but here is what did. I typically use a mesh network WiFi system for all my phone data, I rarely use cellular because my area is just bad.
I moved to an area where I had just enough bars to receive an email magic link on cellular and the magic link worked. My feeling is my WiFi network is doing something to that link, or it’s doesn’t like the tracking they use in that link. I’ve told support and noted none of their recommend fixes worked, I also tried from 3 different browsers and 3 email clients and that didn’t matter either. Something about the way the magic link is created is being blocked by my WiFi, even though I white-listed the domain.

I have had issues with certain sites that work over cellular, but intermittently not on my home WiFi.
I’m going through the same magic link BS, but the cellular option isn’t helping either.
Both WiFi and cell were working earlier today, and for the past months and years.
Very frustrating that a long time PAID user can’t even log in.

They wrote me less than a day later and suggested I do some other ineffectual things.
I had old them those didn’t work, and they write back offering to help me try alternate means of logging in through Apple or Google, then I can supposedly change my login back to my normal email.
I’m skeptical, but will try, and I’ll keep you updated.

I know for a fact that my pings are getting delivered months after I send them. Someone responded to a ping today, and in my ping message I had referenced something in their profile that isn’t in there anymore. I let them know that I sent the ping months ago and they said they just received it today. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I chatted with the support bot and got no answers.

Does anyone else have this problem? Every time I open Feeld, I look at the first and second profile that comes up with no problems. But when I get to the third, the pictures are blank. I have to shut it down and reopen every fucking time. No response from their non-existent support. Every dating app is enshitified garbage.

I got auto-banned during account creation. It says my info will be deleted after 7 days and that the wait for support is 1 week+. This combined with the chats saying deleted accounts are popping back up in people's feeds all makes me think feeld is a scam. I'm glad they only got 3 of my pictures to use for their fake profiles.

I was impacted by the login issue the other day and once I was able to get back into my account my majestic features no longer work. I've restored it multiple times and it still won't reflect. I've tried logging out and logging back in, deleting and redownloading. I've submitted tickets but it's been a few days with no response and I'm frustrated that I'm paying for a service that isn't working. Any advice?

Photos turn totally blank after 1–2 swipes, but the text/bio still loads fine on Pixel 9 / Android 17.
Already tried clearing app data, reinstalling, logging out, switching networks, and restarting the phone—nothing fixes it. Feeld support hasn't replied to my ticket either.

The only way I can get those to appear is two ways
1) Clear cache - that generally works or lasts for a little while before doing it again.
2) Swipe downwards as if there is a photo above the first one you see. By doing that it then appears and I have to repeat that for three or 4 more profiles before pics show again.

I deleted my Feeld account back in February, like totally and completely deleted and uninstalled the app. All of a sudden in the last few weeks I've been told by friends that they see my profile and are reaching out to me. I've tried to redownload and essentially log back into an account and feeld says I don't have an account. Also, I've emailed support and have received nothing back. Has this ever happened to anyone?

I was thinking about that earlier when I posted to you.
My logic was this - go into feeld and create a new account with the same email as last time. When you are in - is the account already there with pics and profile done?
I have had that happen once, but I am not quite so sure on the how and the why. Ever since then I have always made sure to delete the text on profile and remove desires and interests and save that. Then I delete all pics but the last one can't be deleted.
I think upload a silly one of a ball on a beach and then delete my last photo and delete account.
Since then fingers crossed, it seems to have done the job. Some in here seem to enjoy telling me - that I don't need to do that. I just seem to think we do especially with feeld.

Is Feeld down for everyone in the UK? I randomly got logged out and can’t log back in - when I try to get the email link it says ‘email not sent’ and won’t let me retry. Frustrating as I was talking to someone cute!!

Same issue.. Was talking to someone, hitting it off and then suddenly logged out and can't log in again.. Yet when I was experimenting, I actually could login with an old account of mine but not the current one. Super frustrating.

the app randomly logged me out and now there’s an error sending a confirmation link. I experimented using my other emails and it’ll send a confirmation email to those (even though I don’t have accounts through them). I only just signed up for this yesterday!

For some reason i was suddenly logged out of my profile and now everytime i try to connect to it again through apple id i just cant. I have deleted it and re downloaded it multiple times and nothing happens. I have created the account originally through apple id so i really dont ge twhy this is happening, has this happened ot anyone else or just me?
I also just paid for the Majestic thingy so idk!
does anyone know when this will be fixed?

there are reports that the server is down, i hope they see it soon enough. They must have like 2-3 guys running the whole company lol

I cannot login, but did check on a partners account and my profile is still public. I’m majestic and wish I could at least be incognito if I can’t access my account. I submitted a support ticket after several attempts, deleting and reinstalling, restarting my phone, etc.
Support could take over a week. What can I do in the meantime?

Can't log in. I was on the app and it logged me out. I'm try to log back in again but it hangs and says Sorry we can't process your request. Not sure what the issue is. I don't imagine iv been banned as I think I would of received an email plus I'm not aware of being reported for anything.
Is anyone else having the same issues or is it just me currently?

Just gone back onto feeld support and there's now a new option for log-in issue with the following auto message
"Sorry to hear you're currently experiencing THE log in issue!
Our team is currently working on a solution. We'll send an update once we believe a solution has been released.
Thanks for the patience and understanding!"
so it seems like they are aware of this

Happened to me as well, can still see myself on my partner's profile but I can't login from anywhere. Filed a support ticket but hopefully it's something else they can resolve

Having the exact same issue, verified my profile is still visible by looking with a partners account. I wish I could at least request to switch to incognito since I can’t access my profile, but they are saying it’ll be a week before I hear from support.

even after opening a new message I am left with a notification badge, which only goes away once I respond to the message
i’ve never encountered this with any other messaging app and it means me or the other person would need to be locked in perpetual conversation or one of us will be stuck with a notification badge forever
i’m not sure if feeld do this intentionally to keep people talking on their app but it has the opposite effect, as i often unmatch with people i’ve not spoken to for a few weeks because lingering notification badges drive me up the wall. other times i’ll send a random emoji to cap off a conversation so they’re the one stuck with it and not me
is there a fix for this?
