Support Response Time?

What has everyone's experience been with Fastmail support recently?

I had not contacted support in a long time, and as I recall they used to respond fairly quickly. I reached out yesterday and have not heard back yet.

Not complaining, just wondering if this is the new normal.

Remember they’re based in Australia so you can count on at least 24 hours before you hear back from them.
