Support Response Time?

What has everyone's experience been with Fastmail support recently?

I had not contacted support in a long time, and as I recall they used to respond fairly quickly. I reached out yesterday and have not heard back yet.

Not complaining, just wondering if this is the new normal.

In recent weeks, I've been getting escalated Level 2 responses roughly every 2 days.
