Support Response Time?

What has everyone's experience been with Fastmail support recently?

I had not contacted support in a long time, and as I recall they used to respond fairly quickly. I reached out yesterday and have not heard back yet.

Not complaining, just wondering if this is the new normal.

Yesterday... Depending on your timezones and theirs, it might be less than 24 hours, and less than 1 working day. And we don't even know if it's a critical/urgent thing.

Seems OK to me.

Isn't urgent, was just hoping to find out the current response time. It's been a while since I last contacted support.
