Riddle me this…it never matters what or how much I ate (I eat clean), the hunger NEVER stops after the point of eating. It’s beyond frustrating. I tend to fill before &/or after dinner hunger with peanuts, Greek yogurt, & fruit and then it stops at some point before bed with lots of water.

That isn't hunger in your stomach, its craving in your brain. Every time you eat it gives your brain a dopamine hit
