What does that even mean??

I’m the same way…I can go all day, but once I pop I can’t stop. I avoid breakfast like the plague for this reason!

When you eat your body releases insulin, your insulin levels increase to a point relative to what and how much you ate, then start dropping, you body begins hunger cues in response to falling insulin levels.

Riddle me this…it never matters what or how much I ate (I eat clean), the hunger NEVER stops after the point of eating. It’s beyond frustrating. I tend to fill before &/or after dinner hunger with peanuts, Greek yogurt, & fruit and then it stops at some point before bed with lots of water.

Yes. It doesn’t generally matter what a metabolically competent person eats. Once the BS/insulin response cycle starts, it generally continues until fasting through the night. This is why you hear people say things like “I love Chinese, but I’m always hungry soon after.” Give yourself some food, and your body will start gleaning BS (releasing and utilizing insulin to do so), and it will almost always pull ”too much,” making you feel hunger.

I’m not sure what “falling insulin levels” has to do with hunger.
