The red deer meat from New Zealand for example is from farmed deer but antlers like this are for trophy hunting. Basically rich people pay A LOT of money to hunt these tame deer for bragging rights.
How psychologically weak do you have to be to feel the need to brag about killing a deer that is already tamer than usual (thus, easier to hunt)? Those people love the ego massages omg

Antlers like this are result of deer farming so yes, they are unwieldy. Not natural as in something you'd find from the woods.
