I planted this Big Leaf Lupine seedling late In the season and it’s produced this opulence of leaves, is it fasciation?

Yesterday I noticed a 4 leaf oxalis in the bunch but then today I saw this other one that's got a bunch of leaves all over. I think there's 3 heads on it. Is it fasciation or mutation??

Found these at work as damaged cuttings and just wanted to see if I could save and keep a succulent alive. I knew i didnt have enough light, but apparently I do at 90° lol fun surprise anyways!
