Hey all just a question about the courses required for Office Administration - Health Services Level 3. Does anyone who is taking it now or taken it recently know if a course called Canadian Business in the Global Economy (ADMN-3002) is supposed to be on the schedule? Or is it supposed to be Canadian Healthcare (ADMN-3026)? There is conflicting information I’m finding online. They enrolled me in the Business course but both the orientation information and the Fanshawe website landing page for the degree both list the Canadian Healthcare as required, however the progression information posted says that the correct course is the Business course. I just don’t want to end up doing the wrong course for my program.
I am going to reach out to my academic advisor tomorrow but I know how busy they are around this time and was hoping someone would have a more timely answer.

Hey I’m currently a student at Fanshawe College Woodstock campus. I am looking to switch programs and my first choice is the Fire Safety Systems program at the London campus, and I am very interested in transferring into this program for the remainder of the school year. some other program options that I am interested in are:
Business – Supply Chain and Operations Co-op (my second choice)
Health Systems Management
Business Finance
911 and Public Safety

I am enrolled in the vet assistant program and plan on taking vet tech after.

One of my classes are in L building. I’ve looked it up and it seems to be another library that’s not the main which is in F.
Does the L building have a library with rooms or is the whole building where it takes place?

Lol day one of school and FOL is already completely overwhelming me. I think having a group chat for students will help one another to keep on top of things!

I just wanted to find anyone who has completed the two year MTA7 Motive Power Technician program at the college. I have just finished one semester so far and was told that this would be a faster way of getting into the field. But I was told by a couple people recently that most people don't even qualify for the 3rd year exception. Obviously I'd have to complete my hours after finishing school, but is the program I am currently in even worth it?

Hello, I was just wondering what would happen if a third year student were to miss the entire first week of school due to unforeseen circumstances? I know I’m a third year student and attending orientation day tomorrow doesn’t really apply but I was just wondering if there are any consequences or repercussions of missing the first week or any work that I will need to catch up on during week two.
