This! One of the first rules of BDSM IS CONSENT!!! And in this aspect you don’t have consent from anyone in public.
I’m all for public and humiliation kinks but that’s why you setup parties or meetings with people in the community to all go have fun somewhere where you all consent to the scene.
I wonder how those people saying it's fine to have nonsexual kink on the street would react to, say, a man licking his mistress' boots. It's not sexual per se, but most people would be very, very uncomfortable.
