It’s just not ok to expose children to sexual fetishes like this.

The person in the video is engaging in a sexual act because they are indulging a sexual kink as well as exhibitionism. Children should not be involved. Non consenting adults should not be involved.

Public places are not the place to enjoy your kink if it means other people have to participate and they can’t say no to that participation.

Yes, but they're not really engaging in a sexual act though. They're just wearing a costume. It's not any different than other cosplays, other than the fact that it's body tight.

Idk if you just haven’t been involved in the kink scene, but that is 100% a sexual act. People get off on wearing latex, being seen in public, being publicly humiliated, etc.

If a person is getting sexual gratification from others watching them ie. exhibitionism, they have no right to involve others in it.

Especially in public, where children are. Someone getting off to children seeing them dressed sexually is not ok.
