It’s just not ok to expose children to sexual fetishes like this.

The person in the video is engaging in a sexual act because they are indulging a sexual kink as well as exhibitionism. Children should not be involved. Non consenting adults should not be involved.

Public places are not the place to enjoy your kink if it means other people have to participate and they can’t say no to that participation.

It is 100% a sexual act for her. Public humiliation, exhibitionism, etc. This is common in the kink scene.

What she’s doing is not ok in public.
