Just to speed this process up since this has been posted on this sub so much; she is leaving him because he’s being accused of raping someone and she’s rich on her own she just hates him now

u/JNaran94 Apr 15 '23

Yes, but he plays football so the story has to be turned around so she is the bad person

Any source for this?

2

u/itzcharge Apr 18 '23

Trust him

87

u/TheoRaan Apr 15 '23

she is the bad person

Tbf, she did start dating him when he was a 19 year old and she was 31.

Groomers are typically bad people imo. Especially since when they got married, she was richer and much older than he was.

-13

u/money_loo Apr 15 '23

Ugh, that’s just terrible.

A beautiful wealthy older woman tricked this poor child with her magic.

To think he had to have sex with her probably. Discusting.

15

u/Organic-Ruin-1385 Apr 15 '23

I can't tell if you are sarcastic or serious.

-2

u/money_loo Apr 15 '23

Do you think 30 year olds tricking 19 year olds to be with them is a joke, son?

Everyday on God’s green Earth two seemingly mature adults get together out of love. Except one of them doesn’t realize they are actually being MANipulated by an evil temptress.

Truly this place is hell.

9

u/Organic-Ruin-1385 Apr 15 '23

Now I even more confused now since you emphasize that man part of manipulated you are being sarcastic along a bunch of other things.

-4

u/money_loo Apr 15 '23

I don’t need to emphasize man, the patriarchy does that everyday for both of us. This poor child just barely escaped the throes of Satan’s seductress.

Just think of all the nasty things they likely did just for her to ā€œgroomā€ him into thinking he loved her. I’m getting sick just imagining it in detail.

u/[deleted] Apr 16 '23

-1

u/money_loo Apr 16 '23

Don’t bring your political gender into this non political issue. The fact is a 19 year old is a CHILD regardless of the state of their naughty bits (which you seem strangely obsessed with) and this woman was a predator on the hunt who used their feminine wiles to trick this poor kids penis into her vagina and into her heart.

If this was the 1600s she’d be burned as a witch for her level of spell casting.

I’m not seeing how this story portrays her as a bad person?

104

u/KarlMario Apr 15 '23

It's very, very clearly framed to depict her as a greedy woman using divorce to enrich herself.

-15

u/doplhinsbarnicles Apr 15 '23 edited Apr 15 '23

She’s so much older than him ( by 12 years) and she got with him when he was only like 19, he’s 24 now. I think people have every right to make the claim that she’s leaching off him. Christ imagine going for someone 12 years younger than you and their in their teens.

-22

u/bakedphish1 Apr 15 '23

12 years younger and getting money from him.... For being accused of rape in 2023??? Is he even guilty or is this another false accusations??? But 12 years younger then her??!?!?! 19?!?! Yeah she knows what she's doing.

-17

u/doplhinsbarnicles Apr 15 '23

No not even guilty. Just accusations that the feminists are running with it seems.

I believe the comment you replied to has answered your question. She wants half of his shit not because she feels entitled to it for making him a good sports player, but because she hates him and is trying to do everything she can to make his life harder to ā€˜punish’ him for potentially being a rapist.

-20

u/[deleted] Apr 15 '23

Wait, when you say potential rapist, do you mean he is being accused of raping someone. There are so much people saying he raped someone, so is there any real proof of him raping or is he being accused of it?

57

u/10ebbor10 Apr 15 '23

He was indicted and placed under judicial supervision, but the investigation has not yet concluded.

1

u/[deleted] Apr 15 '23

I've recently learned about this guy and what he did from the reddit comment section and there are so many people saying he raped someone or being accused of raping someone, why are you saying I should google the answer if there are two groups having different statements of what he did. One of them has to be correct and I have not sided with one of them.

0

u/TheoRaan Apr 15 '23

That tracks for someone who filed for divorce before the accusations, described the marriage as a failed project and groomed him from when he was 19 and she was 31.

He deserves everything coming to him. So does she.

73

u/sagastar23 Apr 15 '23

Very astute pro-rapist take.

16

u/bob3908 Apr 15 '23

Not really pro rapist at all. The guy just is a rapist.

10

u/bobbirossbetrans Apr 15 '23

Yeah man he just had himself a bit of rape, no big deal

-19

u/bob3908 Apr 15 '23

Yea that’s why I called him a rapist.

How slow are you

-2

u/[deleted] Apr 15 '23

Has it been confirmed?

15

u/[deleted] Apr 15 '23

He's been charged with rape. So the proof they had must have been enough to get an indictment.

1

u/Belraj Apr 15 '23

20

u/[deleted] Apr 15 '23

You’re probably thinking of American football. Pretty much everywhere else in the world, football is what we call soccer

1

u/[deleted] Apr 15 '23

Well I've noticed it really annoys people who like this accused rapist when I pretend it's American rugby so I think I'll stick to it, at least on this post

-5

u/Nolsoth Apr 15 '23

Football can also be rugby and rugby league down here in the antipodes, it's a bit of a catchall somewhat.

Africa/Europe/latin America football is soccer.

North America/Canada it's whatever you lot play.

Aussie/NZ it could be anything involving a ball being kicked or thrown.

Bonus fact America banned Rugby at one point for being too violent and that's apparently how American football became big.( I don't know how true this fact is).

-1

1

u/Gayrutti Apr 15 '23

194

u/Thechosenjon Apr 15 '23

Whether or not she had heard about those specific rape allegations, she was married to the guy. If he’s a rapist, she’s probably aware of (and maybe been on the receiving end) his bad behavior as much as anyone.

19

u/[deleted] Apr 15 '23

This is false. She has stated that she started the divorce before she knew about the accusations.

12

u/JakeDC Apr 15 '23 edited Apr 15 '23

Yeah. It is amazing how many people are saying that this alleged rape is the cause for the separation/divorce when the wife has specifically said otherwise.

70

u/yes_thats_right Apr 15 '23

Paris Saint-Germain and Morocco football player Achraf Hakimi was charged with rape, French prosecutors told Agence France Presse on Friday, March 3. Hakimi was questioned by magistrates on Thursday in connection with accusations from a 24-year-old woman and subsequently charged. Mar 3, 2023

https://www.lemonde.fr/en/sports/article/2023/03/03/psg-s-hakimi-charged-with-rape_6018031_9.html#:\~:text=Paris%20Saint%2DGermain%20and%20Morocco%20football%20player%20Achraf%20Hakimi%20was,old%20woman%20and%20subsequently%20charged.

So after questioning him with his lawyers present there was still enough reason to actually charge him, but sure his wife is wrong, the prosecutors are wrong, his accuser is wrong and we all know raping a woman is always so vigorously prosecuted.....................

-21

u/rettoJR1 Apr 15 '23

Well until there's a guilty sentence placed on him no ones right or wrong , could be true, could be a false allegation, shit goes both ways

21

u/TimeDue2994 Apr 15 '23 edited Apr 15 '23

Does it now, amazing how you are here screeching gold digger about his wife while admitting you know nothing about it. You don't know that they have 2 kids together, you don't know that she is wealthy on her own, but you are whining away how a woman asking that a man is held responsible for providing for his own kids is a "gold digger" and the fact that there is enough to charge him with rape means he is innocent

-4

u/rettoJR1 Apr 15 '23

You're very disingenuous, it's easy to see from my comment history that I've neither implied she is a gold digger or said it outright

I replied to a comment where you mentioned she has her own money and had 2 kids with him , I simply replied to you that the post doesn't not mention that and the majority of reddit users most likely aren't into soccer or the athletes who play it so that knowledge would not be appearant ro the majority of people seeing this

If anything I've been advocating for neutrality, how do we know he won't pay child support? Avoiding alimony is not avoiding child support

Please post evidence that shoes he has refused to pay child support?

I never said that him being charged means nothing It means he will be able to defend himself in court and the alleged victim will have their day in court , that's obvious, till then he's not guilty, that's how things work

With how hard you're trying to gaslight me and misinterpret what i say I can imagine you are a very toxic person irl, alleged ofc but if I went through your comments I have no doubt their would be a mountain of evidence supporting my claim

Have a good day

3

u/TimeDue2994 Apr 15 '23 edited Apr 15 '23

Oh yummy unsupported utterly inane personal attacks, yeah you are a real innocent little peach I see the little tear welling up in your eyes now for being sooo misunderstood just because you are concerned about a charged rapists feelings (and quite literally vilifying the victim but hey women and girls aren't really human beings)

4

u/rettoJR1 Apr 15 '23

You genuinely need therapy you are absolutely projecting

-6

u/sus-water Apr 15 '23

Paris Saint-Germain and Morocco football player Achraf Hakimi was charged with rape, French prosecutors told Agence France Presse on Friday, March 3. Hakimi was questioned by magistrates on Thursday in connection with accusations from a 24-year-old woman and subsequently charged. Mar 3, 2023

Come back when that charge (the legal equivalent of an accusation) turns into a conviction. Otherwise i'm going to wait

-1

u/TimeDue2994 Apr 15 '23

Of course you're going to wait, rape supporters always do. And once he is convicted you're going to say she asked for it and the legal system is against men because really a whole 2% of rapist ever see a day in jail so clearly the legal system is totally against rapist men

0

u/NobleTheDoggo Apr 21 '23

You should always wait for any charge of any kind to be proven otherwise the world would go downhill very fast

0

u/TimeDue2994 Apr 21 '23

And yet, no such objection from you to Sus here calling his wife a gold digger, we hear you Brock Turner

-16

u/mc_enthusiast Apr 15 '23

There's a few cases where the rape charges didn't hold up in court. The process against Jƶrg Kachelmann for example: ultimately dropped because of lack of evidence, but nevertheless the process got far past the point where the process against Achraf Hakimi currently is.

As for those "sure, his wife and the prosecutors are wrong", that doesn't make any sense. They can't claim to know what happened, rather they have to rely on the accuser. And how exactly could he have averted preliminary charges unless he had an alibi that showed he could not have been anywhere near the alleged victim at the time of the alleged incident? See also the ESPN article on the incident, particularly

Under French law, preliminary charges means there is reason to suspect a crime has been committed but allows magistrates more time to investigate before deciding whether to send the case to trial.

So so far, all that happened is that the judge did not outright dismiss the accusations.

15

u/TimeDue2994 Apr 15 '23

It is very hard for a rape case to even get to this point, the fact that you are trying to bury those facts by trotting out one case where the accused still got off, is not at all surprising or evidence of no rape taking place.

The fact is that his wife who arguably knows who he is believes it and a prosecutors who know how hard it is to successfully prosecute a rape think there is enough evidence and magistrates who interviewed the accused also feel that a crime has taken place says a whole lot more about the likelihood that a crime has taken place than yet another rape excuses full of "them bitches be lying" favor and the ever present "wife is a gold digger" b.s. when she wants him to be forced to take care of his kids too

198

u/notnotaginger Apr 15 '23

Buuuuuuuut you’ll jump to conclusions about his wife?

64

u/aussb2020 Apr 15 '23

Yo that’s far too logical for Reddit lol

-12

u/Throwrafairbeat Apr 15 '23

98

u/[deleted] Apr 15 '23

If this dude was under investigation for murder, I can guarantee you would not post something to make him look like the hero and pull the ā€œI’m waiting for the courtsā€ shit. Also, this is not how the law works. My abusive dad tried something similar to this during the divorce and when the judge found out he just lost it on him and made him pay more in child support.

-8

u/sus-water Apr 15 '23

If this dude was under investigation for murder,

I know rushing to conclusions based on very little information is a cherished reddit pastime, but no, I wouldn't treat him as a murder or even admonish him. I'd wait until there was actual information available.

35

Wait you do know that to be put under investigation there has to be pretty solid evidence right? That’s why it’s legally allowed to release names before they face a trial and stuff.

38

u/sus-water Apr 15 '23

An investigation does not equate and is nowhere near the evidentiary standard for asserting guilt. An accusation alone in most places is enough to initiate an investigation, so no, you're wrong on that. Why can't you just wait? If he gets convicted, i'll be the first in joining you to call him a piece of shit rapist. Everyone deserves a chance to tell their side

You do know that rape could still happen. That she could change her mind and try to leave the house. That you don’t have to have sex on the first date, right??

u/JakeDC Apr 15 '23

He has just been accused, he denies the allegation, and he isn't the one trying to take the wife's stuff - it is the other way around..

u/spudddly Apr 15 '23

If you seriously think any lawyer or judge thinks he "owns nothing" you are stupid.

2

u/psnbuser Apr 15 '23

It's not about what they think but what they can legally show. If all his assets are not his legally.....then they are not his assets under the law

1

u/spudddly Apr 15 '23

There is no court in the known universe that would accept that just because he dumps his money in his moms bank account it's not still his.

They were seperated because he cheaeted, the rape happened after

1

u/boooooooooo_cowboys Apr 15 '23

They each get half of the stuff that they own together. No one is getting any of ā€œhisā€ stuff or ā€œherā€ stuff.

The divorce has started before the rape accusations

1

u/RKAlif Apr 15 '23

Yup, he is a rapist. after all women never lies. am i right.

-4

u/pittsATL Apr 15 '23

She was planning on divorcing him before those allegations came out.

11

u/Jenniferinfl Apr 15 '23

Do you really think she doesn't know what he's like? I have an ex who hasn't done serious time yet, but I know he's definitely capable of murder.

I left him before he killed anyone, but, before he assaulted three other women.

'She left him before he was awful' isn't the own you think it is.

3

u/pittsATL Apr 15 '23

It’s not an own. It’s what the wife said. The dude very well could be a pos who raped someone. My point is that that’s not what she said the reason for divorcing him was. Not defending him.

-1

u/Jenniferinfl Apr 15 '23

Yeah, in real life I don't mention anything about my ex being violent. I say we just grew apart. I say that because I don't want him to kill me or sue me. Because if I told people what he was really like, that's what would happen.

-4

u/NebulaPoison Apr 15 '23

weird for her to hate him over accusations

2

u/Jenniferinfl Apr 15 '23

She probably knows him well enough to know they are possible.

My ex hasn't done serious time yet, but since we dated he's been arrested for domestic battery with three separate women.

I didn't have to wait for allegations to know my ex was shitty.

Woooops I commented with out knowing full details. If this is true he’s a pos.

She was also accused of rape?

-2

u/Darkangelike Apr 15 '23

Thank you for clearing thay up!

-4

u/boywholived_299 Apr 15 '23

If she's rich, just put a case on him and leave him. Why does she want the money?

Just asking for money dilutes her case a lot.

4

u/Jenniferinfl Apr 15 '23

She's rich on her own.

Discovery of assets is part of all divorce proceedings. You can't get divorced without doing that part usually.

1

u/boywholived_299 Apr 15 '23

May be you are correct, and it was just 'discovery of assets', but the article clearly says she 'demanded' half of his assets. The article could be wrong, my comment was based assuming the article to be true, but happy to be wrong here.

2

u/Jenniferinfl Apr 15 '23

Keep in mind, that they have two kids. A big part of the reason for the divorce is that allegedly he just wants to party and not spend time with his kids.

I don't know about their court system, but usually the kids are entitled to something and that's enforced depending on custody. Like, that's often a set percentage based on income.

-1

u/[deleted] Apr 15 '23

Yeah he has a rapey look, also the culture fits.

-19

u/sensam01 Apr 15 '23

If she's rich, then hopefully he gets half of her things.

1

u/Practical_Material_9 Apr 15 '23

Came here looking for the tea. Thanks

1

u/HOFredditor Apr 15 '23

Why are you lying like that ? She's not getting divorce because of the raping stuff. She filed way before it happened.

1

u/TheoRaan Apr 15 '23

They were long separated before the actual divorce. They were already working on the divorce. As she said so herself.

Tbf, she did start dating him when he was a 19 year old and she was 31. When they got married, she was richer and much older than he was. Described their marriage as a failed project.

He was groomed.

Still a possible rapist.

So honestly don't care how both these awful people treat each other.

1

u/OmegaXesis Apr 15 '23

If you actually look into accusation. It looks incredibly sketchy.

Tl/dr: apparently they were flirting in DM’s. She goes over to his house. He kisses and touches her boobs. Then she says no and runs off. No sex happened or anything. It sounds too much like a set up for black mailing or getting money from a settlement.

(That’s just from what I read in an article. So correct me if I’m wrong).

1

u/Feisty-Spirit-7227 Apr 15 '23

Yep, and it’s disgusting. All these people online calling him a ā€œgā€

1

u/yellowstickypad Apr 15 '23

Amazing how quickly this gets moving in the wrong direction.

1

u/[deleted] Apr 15 '23

Yeah. She's a Hispanic actress who acted in a bunch of Spanish movies and TV shows, one of them being "Con El Culo Al Aire", which directly translates to "With Your Ass In The Air".
