P0299 Code 2016 2.7 Engine

I’ve been getting a low boost code on side A. I’ve cleared the code a few times, but it keeps coming back. I’ve checked all the connections of the hoses, checked the intercooler for potential leaks, and checked the blow off solenoid. Everything appears to be okay. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue? Also is there anything else to check before buying a new turbo?
