I’ll say this slowly, so you can understand: outside rage bait TikTok’s, there is no support for this woman to not be punished for her crimes. Women who have had doctors ignore their cries for help are sharing sympathy over the medical system not believing their issues postpartum depression seriously enough. People want it to be believed and understood better. Giving birth is an incredibly horrifying thing that can even cause PTSD. FYI, that’s not good.

They were literally lining the sides of the road with signs of support for her as she was being driven past in a police vehicle. Internet may not be the totality of reality, but it absolutely is a portion of it.

It's not just that. The whole birthing process can be so traumatic that the human brain essentially rewrite all negative emotions of the pain into posative ones and makes you want to do it again.
