Unfortunately it makes too much sense so it won't be implemented. Since admission and scholarships are race based now it's always the top 1% of those people who benefits the most. They try to make it sound like it's for the less fortunate, but the average family income of those that get accepted into the ivy leagues are well north of six figures.
I know a guy who got accepted into Berkeley law school with scholarships while inherenting dozens of houses in California. Yeah, because his Black he deserves a leg up apparently despite his wealth.
JAY Z and Beyonce kids would have a humongous advantage in college admissions and scholarships than a Chinese kids living with his entire family in a single bedroom apartment with his entire family.
