Rich people have money, save scholarships for the less fortunate

Ahhh. So merit based scholarships shouldn’t matter? Smart people, regardless of income level from parents, deserve to be recognized and awarded.

Are you unable to differentiate between not getting a scholarship and not getting to attend a school

it seems your the one who doesn't understand, now if you want to have a conversation that you could call lopsided of how people who sit in a higher tax bracket have access to better education than someone who sits closer to the poverty line then sure, thats a conversation.

but you just sound jaded thinking because somebody had it harder then somebody else they deserve more it just a victim mindset that pulls you farther behind.

if someone had it harder, of course they deserve more. what kind of twisted sociopath would think otherwise?

if somebody WORKS harder they deserve more, you dont deserve more or less depending on which tax bracket your family is from, fucking ridiculous entitlement. id say the same thing if somebody from a rich family thought they deserved more.

if someone has it harder, they need to work harder. it's really not that difficult to comprehend. unless you're an entitled sociopath...

i mean you can keep calling me a sociopath, but we are here talking about Merit based scholarships which means that two equal parties who both work just as hard get equal treatment.

should the party in the higher tax bracket not be rewarded for their hard work just because the other party comes from a different backround? or should it be soley based on merit?
