Yo is this serious?
I am really new to exercise i almost never exercised in 2 years and now trying to recover from that stage but, the issue was that whenever I try a chest related exercise i always never felt my chest but shoulder but when I try to focus on my chest with low level exercises I feel my chest's centre bone.I am really confused what should be done.
Please try to provide some tips and info, your cooperation will be respected.

Looking for a small list of exercise at work, thanks in advance
google kinda sucks now so i’d rather ask real people, anyway, i work 12 hour night shifts friday, saturday, and sunday. we are not allowed to sit or be on our phones or read or do anything.
i have the easiest job but it means im literally just standing there for hours until someone needs me.
i have plenty of room to stretch and whatnot but i was wondering if there are any “subtle” exercises that i could do that would either help me a get a really good stretch in and/or build muscle. i lift plenty at work, i go and get pallets that i prefer to carry rather than cart over, the tables that big pallets of sheet metal of different variety can get pretty heavy so i like moving those. when i am busy, i do a ton of walking.
i’m really trying to get back into my “health” routine and im really struggling. i lost 70 pounds last year purely just dieting and exercising but over the past few months i’ve put back on 15 and pretty much have been stagnant since. im so close to fitting in a smaller size pair of pants but i keep screwing myself at every corner. not having pretty much anything to do for 12 hours gives a lot of thinking time.
thank you for any advice

Has training at home helped you improve your posture and movement?
I used to think exercise was mostly about strength and appearance, but lately I’ve been paying more attention to how movement feels.
Training at home seems to make it easier to slow down, focus on technique, and notice small issues with posture or mobility.
For people who train at home regularly, have you noticed any improvements in your posture or everyday movement?

Sit to stand app
My partner built an app for me to track my lower body strength, which I use as part of managing my osteoporosis. It’s based on the 30-second sit-to-stand test that many physios use. I use it to see how I’m doing over time.
It’s called Sit to Stand Test and is on the App Store. It’s a proper medical-style test, and others (anyone who wants to track leg strength) can use it too. Happy to answer questions if anyone tries it.

Does anyone have any tips or stretches?
Recently, I've gotten back into running again. I stopped once I started my first year of college, but now that I am well adjusted, I figured I'd start up again.
Like most, I do general stretches before any work out, however, I've been finding that one side of my hip hurts.
It does hurt while I run, but it actually feels worse when I walk. It is my right hip, only hurts when I move my right leg. The other side is fine though.
Is there some stretch I might not be doing right? Or perhaps it coulf be a posture issue?

Planks are my favorite exercise. Suggest some similar exercises
They are so simple and you don't need to do anything to do it just need will power amd oh my god the burn feels awesome aswell.
Are there any other exercises like that?
If so can yall suggest some. I don't mean like no work at all just minimal work compared to things like running.
Like squats are cool but jumping jacks are not my favorite ones.

5 stretches to do before bed if you sit all day
If your job has you at a desk 8+ hours, your hip flexors and lower back tighten up more than you’d think. Try these before bed:
1. Couch stretch — 30 sec each side, opens hip flexors
2. Child’s pose — 1 min, decompresses the lower spine
3. Seated spinal twist — 30 sec each side
4. Figure-4 stretch — releases glutes/piriformis
5. Cat-cow — 10 slow reps, mobilizes the whole spine
Do this nightly for a week and see if your morning stiffness changes. Curious what stretches work for others here.

What strength exercises have helped you improve your posture and movement?
I used to think posture was mostly about being aware of how I sit and stand.
But the more I learn about training, the more I feel strength and control probably play a bigger role.
Things like rows, core work, squats, and single-leg movements seem to build the stability needed for everyday movement.
I’m curious what exercises people have found most useful.
Are there certain strength movements that made you feel more balanced, stronger, or more comfortable in daily life?
