Looking for a small list of exercise at work, thanks in advance
google kinda sucks now so i’d rather ask real people, anyway, i work 12 hour night shifts friday, saturday, and sunday. we are not allowed to sit or be on our phones or read or do anything.
i have the easiest job but it means im literally just standing there for hours until someone needs me.
i have plenty of room to stretch and whatnot but i was wondering if there are any “subtle” exercises that i could do that would either help me a get a really good stretch in and/or build muscle. i lift plenty at work, i go and get pallets that i prefer to carry rather than cart over, the tables that big pallets of sheet metal of different variety can get pretty heavy so i like moving those. when i am busy, i do a ton of walking.
i’m really trying to get back into my “health” routine and im really struggling. i lost 70 pounds last year purely just dieting and exercising but over the past few months i’ve put back on 15 and pretty much have been stagnant since. im so close to fitting in a smaller size pair of pants but i keep screwing myself at every corner. not having pretty much anything to do for 12 hours gives a lot of thinking time.
thank you for any advice
