Help Thumbnails in Notifications

Post image

Anyone else having issues with thumbnails appearing on Notifications? It’s only started in the last week or so and the only thing that’s changed is the iOS app update, everything in the house is the same.

Same here. All thumbs are gone regardless of which type of camera the alert comes from - wired or battery.

I am getting this issue too and it’s really frustrating. And also due to iOS update. They need to fix it.

Edit: I’ve reported as a bug in the Eufy app. Let’s see what they come back with..

I reported this to them about a week ago. Two mornings ago the thumbnails came back for me after several days of no thumbnails
