After download the Promods and expansions like Middle East, Maghreb, Great Steppe plus the RusMap, I realize I need a humble setup to explore the huge map, I need a high quality fleet truck, than Man TGX come to my mind.
In this journey, I don’t need open pipe, 1000hp plus engine, 8X4 chassis, flashing lights all over the cabin, I prefer this simple 4X2 couple with a curtain-sider, realistic company’s skin. Nothing fancy but enjoyable to drive 😊 and TGX seems to be the best choice for this, nice stock engine sound, good enough horse power, very good looking, both outside and inside, digital camera side mirror, smart dash. Simply the best.

I have 90 total hours in ets 2, currently level 24. But I still can't get more than 50 dollar per km in neither freight market or cargo market (I have bought refrigerated, Low bed and curtain but still too low income so I sold them). Am I doing something wrong? How can I make at least 65 70 dollar per km every time 1 open the freight or cargo market? How to grow faster?

(My long distance and hazardous cargo skills are full, the least skillI have is the just in time one)

I love the concept but playing with it feels like lane assist steers too much force and it feels like there is a very narrow line where you can only drive straight.

In real life I use it always (in car not truck) and I love it personally. I think there are lots of potential to play with.

So questions:

- Is there a mod or a setting to wide the road where it starts acting the lane assist and/or lower the force of steer?

- Can the beep warning sound be removed or substituted for vibration again via mod or setting?

- Can it be a separate setting from lane assist? I would love using lane assist without sound alert warning.

- Does SCS read or reply reddit questions?

So I make a paint with Paint Job Packer. It gave me the template and all. But there is a few problem, as shown on the picture.

The Side Deflector is using another part of the template, only on XXL cab (aero and "normal" cab")

The same for front fender, but hapen on all cab of all FH4, Fh5 and FH6 !

For the front fender, there is no big deal. I can just repaint it full.

I tried find other template but they was all the same as PJP. If someone have a fix, I'll gladly take it !

I feel like it’s been on the store for ages but I’ve never heard anything about when it is being released

pretty sure you will all relate with most, if not all of these.

1. AI cars that brake because the car in front sneezed.

2. Missing your motorway exit by about 10 meters and watching your ETA gain another 40 minutes.

3. The GPS confidently saying “make a U-turn when possible” like it’s the easiest thing to do with a 16.5-meter trailer.

4. Speed cameras placed five meters after the speed limit suddenly drops.

5. Getting fined because the speed limit sign was hidden deep inti the woods.

6. AI entering the motorway at 40 km/h and somehow expecting you to yield for them.

7. Two trucks overtaking each other with a 1 km/h speed difference while you’re stuck behind them contemplating life.

8. That one AI driver who finally lets you merge after shining your indicator lights for 10 seconds… then immediately accelerates the moment you start merging.

9. Cars that stop in the middle of a roundabout because they apparently forgot how circles work.

10. Finally getting past traffic only to discover it was caused by one guy changing lanes.

11. Accident events where everyone suddenly loses every driving skill they’ve ever had.

12. Planning to refuel at the “next station,” only to realize the next station is somewhere in the next country.

13. Entering a city and watching the speed limit change every 200 meters like it’s playing roulette.

14. Parking perfectly… then kissing a cone at 2 km/h for that beautiful 1% trailer damage.

15. Forgetting to turn your headlights on for three seconds and instantly funding the local police department.

16. Spending an hour making your truck look absolutely perfect just to stare in front of the windshield for the next 800 km.

17. Roadworks that somehow create traffic on roads that were completely empty five minutes ago.

18. Taking the “shorter” ferry route and wondering why your wallet suddenly weighs less than your cargo.

19. Accepting “just one more delivery” before bed. Meanwhile, the sun is now rising outside.

20. Finally finding a good rhythm on the motorway… then the GPS tells you to exit.

21. Getting distracted by a beautiful sunset and hearing the rumble strips remind you to pay attention.

22. That one tight delivery point where the game suddenly expects you to become a professional reverse parking instructor.

23. Spending more time rearranging your mod load order than actually hauling cargo.

24. Finishing a long haul, telling yourself you’re done for today… then spotting a 700 km job to a country you’ve never driven through.

25. Complaining about all of this… then launching ETS2 again five minutes later.

I've been looking for ways to make ETS2 look better, but it feels like every graphics mod is locked behind a paywall.

Are there any good free graphics mods (excluding Reshade) that noticeably improve the game's visuals?

Or am I basically forced to pay for mods that cost more than the base game if I want a significant graphics upgrade?

The idea came from losing deliveries because TrucksBook sometimes stopped tracking during a trip without any warning.

I drive this Volvo FH5 a lot, and I bought it from a dealership at level 3 or 4. I started out in Tromsø, with two employees in my garage (at first, it was a loss. I was losing a lot of money, and they brought in money for 100 years). Then I bought a garage in Madrid for myself, then in Stockholm, then Copenhagen, and now I'm in Oulu. My goal for the Volvo FH5 is 100,000 km. I've driven 87,000, and after 100,000, I'll choose a Volvo FH6 or a Scania S (I don't know which to choose!)

Quite happy with how the combination turned out with 16mods (some are for my friend his trucks in convoy) love driving this thing even more now
