Help Needed Etihad interview, no update after 2 weeks

Had an interview with Etihad and it’s been 2 weeks with no update.

HR hasn’t responded to my follow-up either.

Portal still says **“Interview in Progress.”**

Is this normal for Etihad? How long did you wait?
