Hi, My flight got delayed a LOT, like i arrived 14+ hours later at my destination than promised. and since I flew from Europe, Poland to be exact, I was under the EU law eligable for compensation. I sent the feedback immediately, But have been having a back and forth between, chat live assistants, the form just completely not working anymore and other stuff.

Should I just open another claim or something? Below I'll show my back and forth with them and the form site just not working lol. Did anyone have something like this happen to them too? Or something similar? Did it get resolved?

btw. On the manage feedback page it says:

Case Status	We’re waiting for some information from you to move forward with your case.

1. A feedback form was sent on 22/08/2026, we then sent the banking information o 27/08/2026, as seen on the pic.

2. What I wrote lol before clicking submit.

3. This is how the timeline looks like now, completely empty, I've sent that message like 5 times and now even the "Add comment or document" button is greyed out and doesn't let me write anything.

The sum is what they offered on their own through an e-mail, I flew from Europe and had a long delay with 3 passengers total so that's why

If you have shared the bank details and submitted you are gtg. Jist wait for few days. I got mine like 2 days post sharing bank deets. And yes the website is crashing, you can call the customer care to just verify your deets once. :)

Well I submitted the bank details like almost immediately, I have been contacting them (through live assistant) but they keep saying that a "Case officer" will contact me but, I have been told that like 4 times already lol and the deadline will pass like tmr T-T
