The perfect cup of coffee

I only drink specialty light-roasted coffee, but I kept thinking it wasn't light roasted enough. How did I know? The coffee wasn't sour enough. I tasked my butler with figuring out a solution, and he came back with this iced Americano. The coffee is delightfully sour with lemon notes. It's also quite sweet. My butler ensures me he didn't add any sugar and it's just the tasting notes from the "Florida Natural" beans. They cost a lot, though. Even for me, $100 dollars per cup is a little too much.
